They went out of their way to accommodate our tight schedule. They took truck load after truck load of salvageable items to local thrift stores that support the community such as St. Vincent De Paul and the Lighthouse...It is tough parting with your years of accumulated boxes (of memories and unused items being stored because "we had the space"). The crew was 2 young men who had obviously not been trained well. We had worked very hard prior to their arrival to separate the donations from the garbage...didn't matter, they threw it all away! They charged $350 per load to the landfill and made 2 trips because they brought a small trailer! Then charged $275 for the load going to be donated. Tim was flippant when discussing the job in the phone. If I had been the one making the final call, we would not have used this company.
