I completed a form to identify my pain points and potential health problems. I opted for a medium pressure massage and no essential oils...big mistake lol. The essential oils helps them glide their hands across your body so since I didn't get oil I got a lot of pressure in my trouble spots. The room was quiet, clean and the music was soft and relaxing. The service and price point makes this a must try just don't forget to add the essential oils lol!!

Stopped here because it was near the next appointment in my agenda for the day. $35/60-Minute foot massage. Like most of these places you really get a head-to-toe massage with an emphasis of time and attention on feet & ankles. This is the first time I've ever had the massage finished by a not-so-gentle pounding of little mallets up and down my legs. Interesting. I Offered a 20% cash tip and the girl tried to feign ignorance when she attempted to not give me all my change.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Buyer beware…read more I booked a massage from them through ClassPass. I showed up 15 minutes early and no one was there and at the stated time, I called them. They said that they don't take ClassPass (even though they took my credits) and told me if I wanted a massage I would have to pay them separately. I asked them why they were on ClassPass and why didn't they take themselves off instead of deceiving innocent customers and they said they were afraid they wouldn't get paid (so take yourself off ClassPass?!) I would have booked a massage through a different provider if I had known they did not actually take ClassPass. Instead I wasted about an hour of my Memorial Day weekend and I still didn't get a massage. Whoever answered the phone was super rude when I asked why they chose to continue to list on ClassPass even though they knew they wouldn't take it. I asked them why they didn't cancel the appointment instead of waste my time. But they just said that I could pay them for a massage instead. Absolutely ridiculous.

Im assuming due to not getting enough foot traffic they only had one person on staff at the time we went? We still don't know if she was the owner, manager or what...as no introductions were made. We did call ahead to check availability and informed them that the appointment will be for 2 people, the staff member that picked up seemed hesitant but told us that it's fine. Anyway, we paid upfront before we got our services. However there were multiple red flags my friend and I noticed during the appointment. Such as, they only have bath towels on the bed. I was confused at first as most places offer bed sheets to cover their client. At the beginning when you pay, they did not ask us about health concerns and etc. Let's skip to the part where my friend and I got settled in the room with the bath towel... the main staff mentioned her coworker is running late [10+min]... if you want a good full body massage, save yourself time and money by avoiding this spot. On our way out, the masseuse told us to wait and to give them tips. Even though we did my have cash on us she wanted us to use our credit card [they charge an additional 3/ credit card purchase. Anyway, beware of this massage parlor...
