I was told one price before my massage and a different price, higher, after the massage. I asked for an hour and a half combo, which wasn't on the price list. They charged me the hour price plus more than half of it. $35 times 1 1/2 does not equal 55 dollars. Massage itself was weird. I don't think the guy initially knew I wanted an hour and a half. And he didn't understand enough English that I could tell him my wrist had recently been broken. He had to go out and get help. That's minor, but.... A lot of the massage was just light rubbing . He sometimes got his hand way closer to some parts of my body than I was comfortable with . And I speak as one who has been getting massages for decades . I don't mean the hand he was massaging with, I mean the one he was supporting or balancing himself with, or something. I have actually never noticed anybody doing that (supporting themselves on the table with their hand touching my body near private areas) before. At other places I've been, a combination is a foot massage , the kind that involves sticking your feet in a bucket of hot water , plus the rest of your body , including legs feet arms hands . He did not do much of a job on my arms and especially did not do much of a job on my hands . I don't know what kind of massage they thought it was but I have literally never had another massage like it and I don't mean that in its favor . Oh and when I had paid and was leaving, I noticed they had left my detailed information sheet on the clipboard on the desk . I expressed my non-appreciation of their leaving my personal information sitting out on their desk, and took the sheet. The higher price they quoted me when I was on my way out is not a bad price, I was just annoyed at having it change . I would happily go back for that price, if that price had been quoted to begin with , well and if it hadn't been more than half again the hourly price , if the experience hadn't been so weird. They are really close to me, so it's too bad. Oh, and their website is weird, they make themselves look like one of those massage with benefits places, which they are not , and the prices are different at the website than in their waiting room . read more

Was the worst massage i've ever had i've told her repeatedly to massage softer because The massage was very rough and after I told her softer she continue to add more pressure to my back and legs. also I waited about 25 minutes before I even got my massage after paying. even then throughout the massage there was a lot of noises and distractions from my masseuse and at one point had to switch masseuse bc she was receiving a lot of calls. Very unprofessional massage and it cost me $50 i've gotten better massages that cost $35. Do not recommend this place at all read more

My son and I come here once every month to get our massages. They are very sweet and nice to my 8yr old. He love getting his feet massaged and they listen to what he wants to get done. I come here for massage regularly and when I feel I need. The masseuse can find the knots that make me painful and then slowly rub them out. If the knots are big and deep she can always find a way to work on it even uses her elbows and feet. I feel much better after her massage although it is tough at site. Her services are real deal! read more

Received massage from Yoyo and it was outstanding! First, the place is very clean. You can see they use new linens for each customer. Second, I the massage I got from Yoyo was the best I've ever had. Yoyo has the best skills. She used several techniques that i haven't experienced before. Very very effective. Yoyo is very pretty and petite, but she is much stronger than she looks. If you ask for more pressure, she can deliver. I found the holy grail. I won't get a massage from anyone else. read more

Yao was amazing. my mom in Cozumel has been a masseuse for 18 yrs so I am used to a high quality . I tried another place in the Richmond area and the person hurt me but Yao you could tell was very professional and experienced. if you want a professional massage for relaxation and relieves the knots in your shoulders and back from carrying stress this is the masseuse you want. The worker clearly has very high level of knowledge, because her technique is amazing. This is much more than the standard muscle massage you get at other places. I enjoyed my 60 min Thai combo massage. The massage table is comfortable and spacious. The massage therapist had good communication and was very nice.
