I'm disappointed to have to leave this review. My husband and I have been here several times and I would have to say this is the worse service we received. My husbands overall massage he said was ok. We both felt like they were rushed. It was completely empty of customers. There were 2 people, one woman who barely spoke English, and another man. I found it odd that they asked us to pay up front. I have been going to foot masseuse for over 20 years and this was a first for me. The guy I had seemed like he had no experience. He was very lazy. We paid 63 for a one hour foot massage. Normally they have you turn on your belly and massage you back for a little while, nada! It was also the most driest massage, barely used location. It was horrible, unfortunately we will not be back. The receptionist couldn't speak English at all and when I tried to use a coupon for a frequent customer she said that she had to call somebody. No, no y NO! My husband and I went this past weekend, Father's Day weekend. We had gone to them when they first opened this location up and enjoyed it, so we thought we'd scheduled another appointment and "treat ourselves". First, the guy that did my massage rushed through it, breathing heavily over me and YAWNING loudly! As he rubbed my arms, he had little to no lotion on his hands and it HURT! He would do one technique on one of my legs/feet and skipped it on the other leg/feet. I had forgotten about the chairs...they have you to lie back in the chair with your feet on the floor while they massage your head, shoulders and arms... super uncomfortable for the lower back. Considering that other foot reflexology spas in Houston have you sit in a spa chair which are much more comfortable, then have a separate table to massage your back. NOW, after the massage, I STILL gave them a tip which I didn't feel like they earned. They DID NOT even provide bottled water and my husband saw a case of water! EVERY foot reflexology spa that I've ever gone to (INCLUDING 88 Foot Reflexology) have always provided water after a massage. Soooo, needless to say, we will NOT be going back to them! Here's a tip (in the form of WORDS) or two for 88 Foot Reflexology: 1. Great customer service will take you further than poor customer service. 2. If poor customer service is due language barrier, have a training IN YOUR LANGUAGE so that staff knows what excellent customer service looks like. 3. Be consistent with services offered, if you provide water to ONE afterwards, provide to ALL! Use lotion/ oil when massaging... the friction from skin on skin HURTS! 4. Tell staff to make sure they take a breathing treatment PRIOR TO massage so that they are not breathing heavily over client. 5. Tell staff to get plenty of sleep so that they are not yawning loudly during a session! read more

Amazing! We just moved to the area and did not want to drive to our usual spot because it's 45mins plus... so we decided to give it a chance today. Place - CLEAN / organized / has hangers for your clothes and baskets so you can put all your belongings in. The beds are separated by curtains... but I was able to lay with my husband next to me and pull the curtains open so we could have the room to ourselves you could say. I've had lots of massage, this was terrible. I paid the full price . And didn't leave a tip because it was terrible. The lady literally followed me out the door asking for it. When I told her I didn't like the services she close the door on me. She took a long time in between getting supplies throughout the massage and then the massage was very lightly fingertips lightly pushing on your head and feet the back massage was a bit better there was some sort of pressure but it was all over the place there was nothing in unison almost like someone who watched a video on kind of how to do a massage. Her nails are extremely long and you can fill them throughout the service. If you go there and experience it you'll understand why I gave a one star rating. read more

So, I've always wanted to try this place out and never found the time to stop by. Finally decided to come in after my back had been hurting for a couple of days. Walked in around 6pm on a Friday night and was quickly escorted to the back. I decided to get the combo which was a 30 minute back and 30 minute foot and scalp massage for only $35!! They also offered an hour and a half massage for $55. They also offered free hot stone with each service. Once you walk into the back, there are curtains to divide the different massage areas. I probably waited 5 minutes for my masseuse to get everything together. I started off with putting my feet in hot water while she began my scalp massage. After finishing my scalp she went down to my feet. Then she had me get undressed and started the back massage. HOLY back massage! I'm not sure if she gets a feel of your back and then decides what pressure to give you or that's just the pressure she uses. It felt like a Thai massage, heavy pressure using her forearms and elbows. It hurt like hell but maaaan did I feel amazing afterwards. I'm sure if you wanted lighter pressure you could of asked, but with the way my back and shoulder were hurting, she gave me exactly what I needed. I definitely will be back! I just left here! By far the best massage I've had in a while. I used to go to Massage Envy which is double the price you pay here, and this place is 10x better. I just finished my summer classes, and as anyone can agree, summer classes are a pain in the --back. lol Anyway, I went on my lunch break and got a 30-minute massage. There wasn't a wait time or any paperwork to fill out, instead, I was escorted to the back and asked to undress. I only waited like 2 minutes for the masseuse to come in. THE BEST MASSAGE EVER!! I have been to many massage places and this one is the BEST. Atmosphere - quite and tranquil Price - $ Great value Masseuse - excellent (deep to med pressure) I have been twice now. This last visit was also for a 60 min Foot massage. It starts with you placing your feet in warm/hot water and the masseuse works on your head down to your toes! Then they flip you over and do it all over again. I have been going to foot massage places in Chinatown. I enjoyed the different places I tried and they're all pretty much the same. Very reasonable and professional. The only reason I wouldn't go more often is the commute to Bellaire. Then I get to find out that we have our own little foot massage joint right here in Rosenberg! I have to say I was skeptical and was thinking of driving to the usual, and then I just decided let me give these guys a chance. I'm so glad I did! Very well priced, very professional, very clean. You get what you pay for. Prices are decent but it's not your therapeutic massage. Swedish aka light to medium pressure type of work. There is minimum privacy (they use curtains for privacy) and can hear person next to you snore, whisper, fart, allll of the above. They have you change into huge huge shorts if you have pants on for your foot massage. Tables/beds are level 1 padded (you can feel wood or metal underneath) and when getting a body massage they give you a thin sheet to cover you. I don't understand how this place is getting good reviews... this by far was the worst massage I've ever had... the guy who massaged me had NO CLUE on what he was doing. I had to continuously tell him to put more pressure (he was massaging me like a small child would) and he was breathing very HEAVILY during the whole thing. To the point where it was uncomfortable... and his hands were terribly rough! To make things worse, I was freezing cold because they were using baby oil and baby lotion in a room with fans . My wife and I have been going to this place several times now. Each time, they do not disappoint. We are both runners. After a long run training, we go to this place for an hour of foot/body massage. The first half hour of foot massage is great. They go through the reflexology pressure points to relieve the aches from our running regimen. The second half hour is the upper half body. My first issue with this place is the lack of a massage table. If an establishment is going to offer a body massage I would expect an actual massage table rather than a foot massage chair. I immediately got a headache and sore neck from the chair. The therapist gave more of a rub than a massage. I would rate this one of the worst "massages" I have ever received. I will not return. Amazing place! I called about a hour ahead for an appointment and they said no problem. They are very nice and the atmosphere is great. I've been twice now and this time was even better than before! They took very good care of me. I have to say this is one of The Best places I've been to. Very clean and comfortable spaces. Hot stones are included with the massage. Both women that worked on me were amazing. I came in because I've been having a lot of shoulder pain and lower back pain. I left feeling absolutely amazing. Went for a combo foot and body massage and the lady was massaging my neck & shoulders so fast that I couldn't relax and enjoy it, so I asked her to slow down and she did for about 5 seconds then continued very fast again, however she did great on my feet.... I love, love, love this place! I have never left disappointed. The hour long foot massage is a nice head to toe massage. Wear shorts and a sport bra and tank top for foot massage, since you don't take off your clothes. What you get for the money is awesome. I've tried all the services and love this place. And for myself, I asked for the focus of the massage to be on a specific area of my feet and he did just that, he is great! And it is more than a foot massage. 1st time here. Had some aprehensión but was pleasently surprised. It was very clean and the atmosphere was soothing and calming. The staff was friendly. I went with my friend. She had a female and I had the male. We purchased the 60 min foot massage for $30 & received what seemed a full body massage but, they said it was part of the foot massage package. The man was a little rougher than I prefer (deep tissue) but my friend said she prefers deep tissue. She said the female was more gentle. I will definitely go back but go to the lady. So I booked an appointment with Jenny for a foot massage. Got there a young guy walked in and I asked for a girl. Checked with the front desk, came back no girls. So, since I was there I let him go ahead, big mistake (should have left which was my first thought). Started out with a lot of lotion and was basically rubbing more than massaging. Then massaged top of my head with lotion still on his hands which obviously went in to my clean hair. Almost left again but I stayed. He just putting more lotion on me and rubbing. After he was done with my feet a girl came in and ripped off the towel that was on my eyes, told me to roll over (not my first massage so I knew). She started on my back and applied more pressure but I kind of got the impression she was not happy about having to finish. Paid my tab and told the guy up front about the first guy and he was like "what do you mean". After telling him twice I just said it is what it is and left. read more
