Quite frankly, one star is pushing it. This place deserves 0 stars. This was the WORST experience I have ever had. I have never felt so disrespected and harassed in my life. For starters, the cashier/receptionist told me that if I used my debit card, that she would charge me an extra $7 fee. I said "Absolutely not, where is the policy/notice on that?" She then said, "Okay, I won't charge you." A full body massage was about $60, so she charged my debit card, and then gave me the receipt. I signed it, and didn't put a tip. For services like this, I normally tip after the service is complete if I am pleased. The cashier/receptionist HELD my debit card and threw my receipt BACK at me and started yelling and whining. She kept screaming, "TIP, TIP, YOU NEED TO TIP, WHY NO TIP, GIVE A TIP." I was so angry I could've just walked out at that moment. But I didn't. I gave her a look, I regrouped, and I said, "Give me my debit card," and she said,"NO, YOU TIP FIRST." Then I yelled, "You can't make anyone give a tip. I will tip afterward if I'm pleased. GEEZ." Then she scoffed, and shook her head, and continued to say, "YOU NEED TO TIP" as I walked away and went into the massage room.
The massage itself wasn't that bad. But it was rather unprofessional. The massage therapist went in and out of the room so often that my 60 minute massage was probably more like 40 minutes. Then on top of that, during the massage, the massage therapist stood on my back, held on to the ceiling to where she removed the rectangle part of the ceiling to hold on to it and keep her balance while she aggressively jumped up and down on my back and walked all over it like a mad woman. I was shocked and done with the massage at that point.
Furthermore, although I wasn't entirely pleased, I walked out of the room, went to the front desk, and gave the cashier/receptionist $15 for a tip. She looked at the cash in disgust, started counting the money, and yelled "IS THIS IT? IS THIS ALL YOU'RE GOING TO GIVE? NO, YOU NEED TO GIVE MORE. TIP MORE. THIS ISN'T ENOUGH." She continued to whine, and threw the money on the counter, pointed at it, then picked it back up, and starting shaking at me as she yelled. I glared at the cashier/receptionist and said "Are you serious? You're so RUDE. Give me my money back." And I YANKED my money out of her hand. Then she tried to YANK IT BACK. She then stated, "No, it's okay, I'll take it, I'll take." I said, "NO, YOU AIN'T TAKING NONE OF MY MONEY. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS ENTITY MY BUSINESS AND I WILL DEFINITELY WRITE A REVIEW OVER MY EXPERIENCE." Then she proceeded to follow me out of the building, to my car, continuing to ask for the horrid $15 tip that she so gladly rejected moments prior.
This place is disgusting and the cashier's attitude was disgusting and repulsive. I don't recommend this place to a single soul. I don't know if business has been slow for them or not, but either way, their performance and customer service was beyond poor, and the cashier's desperate actions were unnecessary. This place does not know how to give good customer service. Their actions were no where near what it should've been when dealing with a customer on any level. Triple thumbs down. BEWARE!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS ENTITY. read more
