There is a reception area on the left of the front door. Most of the wines for sale are in the center of the room and along the walls. There are also a smattering of tables mostly for couples or small groups who wish to enjoy the wines on offer within the shop. Reception area is where they will inform you where the wines to enjoy on the premises reside and how the digital taps work. You pay up front for a card that you will use to insert into the various taps. One you select a wine to taste you insert your card, push the button to choose a 1 oz pour, 2 oz etc., NOTE before you push the button don't forget to put your wine glass under the spout. I lost a bit of wine to the counter upon my first attempt. Also the clean wine glasses are on the shelf to the left of the wine bank area. This day there was 1 bank of white wines and 2 of reds. I decided to try them all so I opted for 1 oz pours. The wines are pretty reasonable on Sundays as the wines are half price. So its a great time to find a new favorite! The wines come from many different countries, wineries and wine varietals and blends. Mostly I saw wines from 2023 to 2025. They may have older wines but I didn't see any. The shop owner would be able to assist you with any questions in this regard. We were all having a great time tasting and discussing the wines. It was a great way to spend an afternoon. The shop closes promptly at 6pm so we will certainly be back in the future for more wine and shopkeeper's hospitality.

There was a big variety of reds and whites. One thing that I like is if the bottle is low or empties during your pour, the system auto calculates your pricing based on the pour. There was also a good variety of price points too, ranging from about $3-$6. The card is $3 with a $20 minimum amounting to about $25 with tax. We were able to load it once and split it between the two of us. It was a bit further from my home so it's not conveniently located where I would visit often but I did enjoy the concept.

Last night I was able to snag tickets to an Italian Trattoria inspired event at The Caviste - Wine Shop inside Bobby Boy Bakeshop. And for those that aren't interested in committing to an event, The Caviste is a great spot to have glass of wine and some bar snacks/small plates when you don't feel like a big heavy meal(5:30-7pm only) Or just purchase some wine from their extensive wine selection.

I've purchased several wonderful wines from Zetos in the past. But after the interaction I had with…read morethe owner last night, I will NEVER purchase from this business again. Myself and 2 colleagues were on our way to an evening event at a hotel in downtown Greensboro. I was not familiar with the location of the hotel and took a wrong turn down a dead end street so I pulled into the Zeto parking lot to turn around , confirm the hotel address and reset my GPS. It was closing time for Zeto so the owner was locking up the door at the same time. She sees me pull in and starts gesturing wildly to get out of her parking lot, then (before I can even put my car into drive) she jumps in her car and drives straight at my car while flashing her lights and boxing me in. I had to back up and drive around her car (which I immediately did) while she continued to wave her hands and point at the exit. Completely rude and uncalled for as we'd literally been in the parking lot for less than 2 minutes as I reset the GPS address and had no intention of parking there. I do understand that her parking lot is surrounded by apartments and she may have had a problem with people parking there in the past but this was very bizarre behavior for a business owner that should care about the community and act professionally. The unfortunate part is all 3 of us in the car were regular, frequent customers and enjoyed her store. After her over-the-top rudeness, we all agreed we'd never step foot in Zeto again. She lost 3 customers due to her behavior! We won't support businesses that treat others so poorly. I hope she will, in the future, take a breath and assess the situation before acting so inappropriately toward people.

I visited Zeto close to their closing time and was immediately greeted by Sue, welcoming me in to the shop. After sharing I hoped to just browse around and then told her what I planned to have for dinner, I was given a tour of the store while also highlighting a few bottles that would pair well. Sue also shared a really cool story about the bottle of sparkling wine that I ended up purchasing, not only because I was excited to savor it but also because knowing a bit about its history made it that much more alluring. And it paired perfectly with my fried chicken! If you're really into wine, plan to drop by when you have time to explore - and get lost in their curated selection. If you're dropping by to grab a bottle for dinner or a party, ask Sue for a recommendation - she knows her stuff! Though I'm sure everyone there does :) I also grabbed a bag of the truffle chips they had in stock, which were also delish! They also carry this chip brand in an Iberico ham flavor, which I'll have to try next time. I'll follow-up with more on their specialty foods after I've tried a few more...
