Ok, I get where the lower rated reviews are coming from bc it's not what we're traditionally use to in flavors. But, if u had taken a whole bite of everything in the dish, u would hv found that the choice of ingredients all put together made a very tasty meal! Not too salty, not too sweet, but lots of simple umami. In other words, comfort food for weary travelers. Mind you, the chicken n the beef was over cooked but how I enjoyed it was from the overall flavors that meld together. I think every cook or chef, like an artist, has his or her own way of creating their creations.
