After a night and morning of agonizing over food poisoning, we decided to take a gamble of some pho in France. Logically speaking we had a chance of it being good; France had colonies in Vietnam, so some secrets of pho must have been shared right? Nope.
Xuan was marketed as a Vietnamese and Hong Kong restaurant. Not sure what that means but we ordered a bowl of pho and won ton soup. The pho was all kinds of wrong; wrong (and overcooked) noodles, weird meat, strange broth, but it wasn't disgusting, it just wasn't pho.

The won ton soup faired a little better, but wasn't anything I'd go back for. More overcooked noodles and a very thin broth made for meh eats.
