Mais entre les prix réduits et sa salle joliment décorée (dans la tradition bien sûr), il se signale à notre attention d'autant que la carte est elle aussi bien belle avec un dessin à chaque page. Au menu, une salade vietnamienne au crabe bien fraîche, du porc sauté aux oignons bien confits et des lychees bien mûrs. Courante et souriante, la dame qui assure le service est agréable et trouve le temps d'échanger quelques mots. Bien nourri, bien servi, l'on se dit de l'on reviendra volontiers goûter les spécialités maisons : pigeon désossé farci, canard farci, gambas sur plaque, saumon "spécial Phénix", fondue vietnamienne... Pour ceux qui ont envie de festivités exotiques, notons enfin que l'établissement assure aussi un service traiteur "pour noces et banquets" !
