Staff is also nice but not all of them are on the same page of pricing. Nice selection of tints depending on what weather protection you want & what fits your budget. They can match dealership tint too. They have life-time warranty so any problems with your tint they will fix. Tint job came out nicely unfortunately we ran into some unexpected issues that made our service last longer than expected. One of the installers damaged our windshield (on our new 2024 SUV) when he had to manually cut out the shape of the tint. It was very obvious this was due to the blade and a heavy hand because the cuts were along the black borders. We were disappointed because instead of telling us, we had the find it ourselves after inspecting it in the daylight the next day. The cuts were too deep to be buffed out so Chris did the right thing by ordering a replacement and having to replace the tint as well. They said they had machines that cut the tint but for whatever reason it couldn't do my car. On top of that, the replacement window was defective and so they had to get another one and new tint again. Then after that there were errors with calibration from their calibration check guy, Ford, but he couldn't even explain what they meant... Overall, it just seemed like we were given a lot of excuses and conflicting information that we just wanted to be done. For a place that claims they have 12 years of experience, it didn't make sense that "they have no idea how this happens but they'll talk to the installer", "that the windshield/vehicle is too big so they had to manually cut the tint on the outside", and that "it's the dealerships fault". Our vehicle is a newer 2024 model bought in August and was just fine & window calibrated all worked before we brought it in..

D&T was the only one that took a look at my truck and told me exactly what it was going to cost to get the whole truck done. No this was not inexpensive, but it was not overpriced! I will say that I am amazed at the quality of the ceramic and the way the truck looks. When it comes to quality, even the chrome on the floorboards still looks great. It has snowed and rained, and the truck looks brand spankin' new.
