BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - they are scamming people. When scheduling they said they needed to collect and extra fee before I could book and that my booking wasn't confirmed. Months later I get a text saying they are expecting me. I write in to show them the emails that clearly say that they didn't confirm my scheduled event, but they refuse to acknowledge the clear messaging and said they want to charge another $100 fee to reschedule when I was never scheduled. This company has awful customer service. We purchased the full throttle package to go along with the drive. When we got done the ride and went to the checkout to pick up the picture we were told, oh sorry the computer in that car doesn't work right so the video didn't work. We got a VERY grainy video with a purple tint to everything. It honestly was not viewable. I told the woman he should be able to drive the car again to get a good video and she actually laughed. She said we are sold out and don't have time for that. She said it hadn't been working all afternoon. She offered me a discount on the video package if I purchased a ride for next year. The ride would be full price, plus the insurance but a discount on the video. Seriously? I purchased the ride for $299, the insurance for $129 for the insurance, $109 for the full throttle package, $207 for 3 ride along passes and they couldn't let him re-drive the track when they knew the computer in the car wasn't working so the video wouldn't record right. I will never do business with them again. And I will tell everyone how unprofessional they are I called them and left a voicemail with no return call. I sent them an e-mail with no response. I went on their site and did the contact us page and I received a response saying sorry, but too bad. They did offer to refund my $65. I replied to the e-mail asking what I need to do to the get the refund with no response. I called and the person told me that they were sorry the person at the desk told me the person at checkout told me the computer wasn't working, she shouldn't have admitted that. So basically, we was saying that the problem wasn't that the computer wasn't working it was that the employee admitted to it. Really??? The point was we paid for an experience and wanted the video to remember it by and we didn't get that. It was an expensive day and we left really disappointed. read more

For my dad's 70th birthday I bought him the gift of being able to race a Ferrari at the Portland International Raceway on 8/20/22. We brought a GoPro because my dad wanted to be sure to capture every moment of this experience. However, we were told that we could not use the GoPro and to be rest assured the whole driving experience would be recorded. My dad trusted in this promise and didn't look at the speedometer during his drive as instructed. After we completed the ride, we excitedly went to member services to watch and purchase the recording of his ride. We were told that the ride was not recorded and nothing was on the thumb-drive. We were told that nothing could be done. We requested one more lap around the track so that at least this could be recorded, but were told that was not possible. To compensate for this error my dad was given a 20 dollar t-shirt and two of the pictures they take of the person sitting in the car. This truly is a once in a lifetime experience for my father. After paying 596.00 we are beyond disappointed that my dad will never know the speed he got to nor will he have video documentation to remember this ride. Their team guarantees that rides will be documented but fails to pull through when they make a mistake. We expressed our disappointment and while they were apologetic they suggested we could book another ride. Paying another 500 plus dollars to get the experience we were promised seems like pretty poor customer service. read more
