When they started filling the pool the whole thing collapsed. To make matters worse the company went bankrupt the next day and opened under a new name. After speaking with a few pool dealers about a new pool, my main concern was that the pool would never collapse again. Scott showed me a hard wall product that has reinforced sides sent in cement. He took the time to explain how the construction of it works & sold me on the idea. 15 years later over the winter my 10 year liner gave up. (next time I'll replace it in 10 years instead of waiting) Not sure how long the water level was less than half but when I pulled the security cover off, the pool walls did not move. Contacted Diamond Pools & they were here in few days to install the new liner I picked out. Thanks for the great install & products when you installed my pool!! I finally received an email informing me they were on the road completing jobs. Great!!! I get another email with a picture attached that was date stamped for 5/28/2022 assaying his opening team got a flat tire and they may not make it out. That he would reschedule!!! Never heard back!! Do yourself a favor and don't even bother with these guys. They are not reliable at all.
