Adam was very attentive to our vision, communicative and executed the vision perfectly. His suggestion to move the hot tub to the opposite side of the pool was spot on with the waterfall facing the seating area. Installation went very smoothly and the pool has operated flawlessly. The mineral system was another great suggestion as the water stays crystal clear and is easy on your skin and eyes with the lower chlorine required. A group of dishonest individuals operates this business. We signed our contract in January 2025, but we didn't receive our permit until July 3, 2026. After more than a year, our pool has still not been built. All we have to show for it is a ruined backyard, a damaged patio, and a canister of gasoline left in our yard. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Over the past year, we have received multiple emails and text messages from them regarding a tentative start date for the pool installation. They repeatedly claimed that the pool would be completed within two weeks of the start date, but they have consistently failed to keep their promises.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Each time, there has been a different excuse: the driver called out, the truck is down, there was no fuel in the machine, or it rained, and so on. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Every time we try to contact Adam, he tells us one lie after another. He either doesn't answer his phone or picks up and insists he is in a meeting, promising to call us back later--but he never does.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Sometimes he says he will come by the next day, but he never shows up. On one occasion, he provided us with a plan that included an inspection date from the township. However, when I called the township, I was informed that no inspection had been scheduled for our property. In December 2025, we hired a lawyer to request our refund. They promised to begin the work within two weeks. However, all they completed was some grading, and nothing else followed. After months of back and forth with them, we had our lawyer send a letter demanding that they complete the project by June 30, 2026. On June 16, 2026, we received an email from them stating that they would start on June 19, 2026, but no one showed up. On June 30, 2026, Adam called us and explained that his company had a rough year but that he would partner with the pool manufacturer to build the pool. After more than a year of false promises, we became frustrated and decided to terminate our contract with them. Adam begged us not to sue him and promised to reimburse our money. To date, we have yet to receive a dime. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Adam and Amanda have repeatedly claimed they are working with their lawyer to process our reimbursement. We have called Adam multiple times, but there has been no resolution.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Our last conversation with him was on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. He gave us the usual response that he would discuss it with Amanda and get back to us. He even sent a text message stating they had emailed us a settlement proposal, but we never received any email.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When we started working with them, Adam claimed to be the owner of the company, but lately, he has been saying that Amanda is the owner. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Amanda no longer answers her phone. She only sends emails but fails to keep her promises.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She has sent multiple emails stating that she is working with their lawyer to come up with a resolution. The last email she sent was on August 4, 2026, where she said she would be in the office in two hours and would provide us with an update as soon as she arrived. However, we have not heard anything since then. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Vince, the sales representative, keeps insisting that they will either build the pool or refund our money. He takes no responsibility for the situation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He has stalled us by claiming that they have never left a job incomplete. He knows the kind of people he works with, yet he continues to sell pools. If it weren't for his false promises, we would have backed out long ago. The only time Adam shows up, as promised, is to collect money. We have paid them tens of thousands of dollars, but we have nothing to show for it. Hire this company at your own risk! They are very dishonest people. They left a canister of fuel in our backyard over two months ago, and Adam has ignored our multiple requests to remove it. At this point, we will be reporting them to the NJ Department of Consumer Affairs and our local police. We also plan to file a lawsuit against them until we get our money back. read more

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience so other businesses and customers can make informed decisions. Our company was hired as a subcontractor to haul pools for this business, and we completed the work exactly as agreed. Despite fulfilling our obligations, we are still owed payment for the services we provided. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We've made repeated attempts to resolve this professionally. We followed up multiple times, remained patient, and even offered a payment plan to make it easier for them to pay what they owe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Instead of taking the opportunity to make things right, they have failed to pay their outstanding balance. There is no excuse for refusing to pay a subcontractor for completed work. Businesses expect to be paid for the services they provide, and subcontractors deserve the same respect. If you're considering doing business with this company, I would strongly encourage you to proceed with caution. Our experience has been extremely disappointing, and until they honor their financial obligations, we cannot recommend them. read more

Our experience with this company has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The installation was delayed multiple times. One of the first delays happened because they "forgot" that our contract included removing a tree before the pool installation. That oversight pushed the project back even further. We also had serious concerns with the electrical work. The original electrician they sent never provided proof that he was licensed despite us requesting it multiple times. We ultimately demanded a different electrician after the first one left cut copper wire scattered all over our children's playroom floor. The second electrician told us that he obtains permits under his name for many of this company's jobs, but they don't always call him back to complete the work. During construction they destroyed our backyard sprinkler system, which we had to pay out of pocket to have repaired. We have also had ongoing issues with the spa. We were told the spa check valve was installed underground. Since a check valve has a clear inspection window specifically so it can be checked and viewed, this made little sense to us. The spa air hose is constantly filled with water, leading us to question whether a check valve was ever installed correctly, as it is intended to help prevent water from backing up into the air line. We paid an additional $7,000 for a spa spillover. It wasn't until after the installation was complete that we were told we would need to purchase a separate blower motor if we wanted the spa jets to produce strong massage bubbles. This was never disclosed before we signed the contract. For a $7,000 spa upgrade, we reasonably expected the jets to provide a strong spa experience without requiring another major purchase. On top of that, four of the spa jets are still missing their center pieces. We were assured they would be replaced, but that has never happened. The concrete work has been another major issue. The concrete on top of the raised spa began chipping before it even made it through one winter. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After repeatedly reminding Adam, someone finally came out near the end of April. That employee told us the repair would simply involve sanding, staining, and resealing the surface, which we agreed to.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Instead, while I was away from home, I watched my security cameras and saw workers breaking apart the spa top with a sledgehammer. I never authorized that type of repair. After they poured new concrete, the workmanship was poor. The edges were rough and uneven, and sharp pieces of wire were sticking out around the repaired area. While doing the demolition, the workers dumped buckets of dirty water, broken concrete, and rocks from the spa into the pool. Although the company later hired someone to clean it, broken rocks were still left behind. I ultimately paid another pool company out of pocket to properly clean everything, and they completed the job in one day. The spa spillover has never functioned properly. Instead of consistently flowing into the pool, water frequently runs underneath the spillover and soaks into the concrete. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As a result, we lose inches of water every week. The owner repeatedly promised to fix this issue but has since stopped responding to our texts.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Now, after just one season, the concrete surrounding the pool is already cracking. Following recent storms, pieces of concrete broke off and fell into the pool, exposing yet another wire sticking out of the concrete. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Once again, there has been no response from the owner.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] These are only some of the problems we've experienced. We have photographs, text messages, recorded phone calls, and other documentation supporting everything described above. Based on our experience, this company has been unprofessional throughout the project and has consistently failed to take responsibility for its mistakes or stand behind its work. I would strongly encourage anyone considering hiring them to do thorough research before signing a contract. read more

We paid over 60k deposit over a year ago and still no pool and no answer on when this fiberglass pool can be delivered! Avoid this company. After we paid a 50% deposit for a pool shell, the manufacturer informed us they only received a fraction of it. Do NOT use this company! I have been waiting to resolve this issue for almost a year. Poor quality of work, I had 4 leaks with the "free" therapy jets". NOT 1, but 4 jets were installed incorrectly! These major leaks resulted in a lot of digging $$$. My yard was torn apart, new pavers were removed and new concrete had to be removed to safely make repairs. up a big part of my yard. I was asked to take down revie[[HIGHLIGHT]]ws because Adam assured me he would "make it right" This was a nightmare of a pr[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]oject.
