This company with the generic sounding name is anything but generic. They're smart, honest, they remember you when you come in. They offer ways to save money but never compromise on the right advice. We just bought a home with a 20 year old pool in Fair Condition, but not better. We're experiencing all kinds of issues and they've been patient and thoughtful in their education and advice on each issue we've had. They're not just out to sell us thousands of dollars of stuff. It can be really daunting to take over a pool from someone else. You can only guess how carefully or neglecting they were, even if you get a top notch pool inspection beforehand. However, once financing was discussed, the terms changed. The advertised package originally included an electric cover, but I was told that if I financed the purchase, the cover would be removed and pricing/specifications would change. What made the experience frustrating was that the website promotes financing, but the final offer did not match what was originally presented. It also felt like pricing was being adjusted above manufacturer retail while still being marketed as a "sale." As a customer, transparency and consistency matter. If a product is advertised at a certain price with included features, those terms should remain clear regardless of payment method. The experience reminded me of seeing a car at one price and then being quoted something different when you're ready to buy. Disappointing experience overall.

When they started filling the pool the whole thing collapsed. To make matters worse the company went bankrupt the next day and opened under a new name. After speaking with a few pool dealers about a new pool, my main concern was that the pool would never collapse again. Scott showed me a hard wall product that has reinforced sides sent in cement. He took the time to explain how the construction of it works & sold me on the idea. 15 years later over the winter my 10 year liner gave up. (next time I'll replace it in 10 years instead of waiting) Not sure how long the water level was less than half but when I pulled the security cover off, the pool walls did not move. Contacted Diamond Pools & they were here in few days to install the new liner I picked out. Thanks for the great install & products when you installed my pool!! It is nice to know there are still people that take pride in their work.
