What happened to me wasn't just unprofessional--it was dangerous, negligent, and borderline fraudulent. I brought my diesel truck in for repairs. After weeks of silence, they finally told me it was ready. I picked it up and, trusting their word, let my wife drive it. While driving on the highway, the truck suddenly lost power, creating a serious safety hazard that could have resulted in a fatal accident. I immediately had the truck towed back to C&P, expecting them to make it right. Instead: The truck sat for weeks with no updates. It was left unlocked in an unfenced lot along a public road, with my personal documents still inside. It was missing the fuel filler cap and once again non-operational. After finally giving up, I had it towed to a professional shop--Zimmey's Automotive--who discovered 1.5 gallons of water in the fuel tank, likely due to vandalism because of C&P's total lack of vehicle security. Zimmey's diagnosed and resolved the actual issue within four days, with clear communication the entire time. To make matters worse, C&P requested cash payment--a red flag suggesting they're dodging accountability (and possibly taxes). No receipts. No documentation. No professionalism. Just delay, deflection, and damage. They misdiagnosed the problem, failed to fix it, risked my family's safety, and left my truck vulnerable to further damage. Then they disappeared refusing to do any work when the truck was returned to them. C&P is not a business you can trust. They are negligent, evasive, and flat-out dangerous. Save yourself the risk, the expense, and the potential tragedy. Zimmey's Automotive was everything C&P is not--honest, fast, competent, and professional.

The one nearby told me they stopped doing that years ago and said I was basically on my own. So I called around and found C&P. They said they could provide a free check. I drove right over and they helped me right away. The code said I needed fuel injector cleaner. They told me I could basically use acetone which is less expensive. They poured some in my tank, reset the light, told me to add some at the next 5 fill ups and sent me on my way. I asked "What do I owe?" and they said "Don't worry about it." Great bunch of guys! My only complaint is that they took off my out of state front vanity plate to pass inspection. That was not necessary, as I asked a State police man if that was an issue and he said no, because Pa does not have front license plate. So, I just put it back on. They had some staffing issues due to COVID-19, which screwed things up a bit because I had to take off of work twice for an inspection. That ticked me off a bit. The shop owner said he tried calling me, but I had no missed calls, so....? Oh well, they're right around the corner and convenient. Plus, you can go to Gilligan's for beer & food while your car is being worked on.

The gaps in the installation kit (don't know what it's called....the housing for the head unit) are all perfectly aligned. I get there and they have no idea where the truck is. After 4 hours and trying to flip me to another truck (no, I drove 2 hours for a specific truck) they finally figure out that the truck they advertised for sale on autotrader is the same one they loaned out to someone that had their truck in for service. They said it would be back that day. Nope. Then 2 days. Nope. Then on the 4th day they drove it to me and I find out that it has 3k miles more on it than was advertised. All the pics and paperwork said 23k, when I drive it there are 26k on it. I complained and got a free oil change. Then a few weeks later I get a call from the dealer saying the bank red flagged my paperwork and the loan isn't funded. Someone at the dealer fat fingered my ssn so it didn't match paperwork. So they ask me to email my ssn to them. Not a chance. Who asks to send ssn through unsecure email?!? I call the bank and settle it myself. Then I get notices from PA DMV that they don't have my previous cars plate, the one I traded in to Keller. So that issue is ongoing, don't know where the plate is yet. It's a shame because the salesman was a good kid, he tried. He hadn't been trained well on vehicle specifics or just didn't do his homework, because he didn't know a lot about the truck or even the dreaded "hemi tick" associated with rams, but he was nice to deal with. The incompetence at this place is astounding. Go somewhere else.
