After visiting the shop and meeting Mike, I was impressed with his honesty and approach during the sales process. We agreed on a price including any other possible extras, and to his credit, that's exactly what the invoice came to. It took approximately 2-hours and I decided to wait. All along he kept me posted on the progress, and in the end, it came out looking like a factory install! Nothing was out of place, the wires were hidden properly and everything worked as it should. In this day and age of ordering "online", it's rare to find a local business (especially in his line of work since so many closed beyond the pandemic) who does exactly as they promise. I was so fortunate that I called Imagine Audio. They worked with me to find a reliable/reasonably priced OEM manufacturer for the camera (I didn't want to buy used or some cheap knockoff). Scheduling with them was very easy, brought car in at 9am and received a text at 11:30am that it was ready. Paid and was on my way. After 1.5 years the power amp went out and had to be sent back to the factory. A year later the subwoofer quits. I went back again, they played with some wires and it worked when I left. A month later the sub quit again. Frustrated and very busy I did not return to this store. Drove without my sub until I found a great store in Ewing NJ. They inspected the system and immediately asked me where I had it done and that the power amp should NEVER have been installed under the drivers seat in the mustang. They showed me frayed wires that led to shorting out the sub. The. Wires grayed from the movement of the drivers seat over the years. End of story is $1200 later I have the power amp relocated and the sub replaced. Sadly, this store lost a good customer...so BE WARE work can be shoddy!
