I left feeling valued and appreciated. - A rarity in today's marketplace. They installed a fairly complicated removable trailer hitch on my BMW. After pickup Tom ( the owner) saw me in the parking lot under car struggling with the removal progress. In a flash HE TOO was on the ground next to me, under the car showing me how to do it.
