He told me he would schedule me last week and still has not contacted me. I even had another local shop take a look at it and they told me that it was so bad it would all have to be removed and redone.Very bad business I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Evidently, there has been a change in the business. Today a very rude and surly man and his wife showed up for the appointment to clean the windows. My neighbor had been very clear about what she needed and got a price for that. When this man came, he said that he was the owner. He argued with her and was very rude to her and refused to do what they had agreed to. She offered to pay more money etc-no. He said very rude things to her and they both acted like they did not know what they were doing-I was watching, horrified that I had recommended this business to my friend. Bottomline: DON'T use this business.
