    *BEWARE * BEWARE* I…read morehad a truly alarming experience at this window tint shop and cannot recommend them to anyone. We were given a price and told the car would be done the same day. After dropping it off, we waited over 10 hours with no updates. When my husband called to politely ask how much longer it would take, the owner did not return my husband's call. Instead, he called me directly -- the same number he used to confirm the appointment -- and suddenly became unhinged. He yelled and cursed at me because my husband had contacted him using the phone number he himself provided. I was never told I couldn't share that number, and his reaction was completely shocking and unreasonable. I hung up to end the harassment. About 10 minutes later, he called me back again -- still angry -- and demanded that I apologize to him. I felt threatened enough to tell him I would contact the police. Only then did he finally say we could pick up the car. I was so uncomfortable that I brought my son with me for safety. When we arrived, the owner acted like nothing had ever happened. His demeanor was completely different, and he pretended the entire exchange never occurred. It felt manipulative and unsettling. After i got into the car and I was preparing to leave, the owner waited for my son to step away and then suddenly opened my door and stepped in so I couldn't close the door to go. He again demanded an apology. The timing felt very calculated, because my son was in his car ahead of me and didn't initially notice what was happening. I felt trapped, intimidated, and genuinely unsafe. What stood out most was that all of his aggression was directed only at me. He never called my husband back with that same anger, and he didn't speak to my son at all while we were there. I strongly believe he treated me that way because I am a woman -- and that is unacceptable. The next day, he called and texted saying he forgot to remove stickers from the windows and asked me to bring the car back. I did not respond because I was extremely uncomfortable returning after what happened. When I checked the car myself, I discovered damage to the driver-side mirror that was not there before. I wash my car daily, so I am absolutely sure I would have noticed any damage prior to dropping it off. I can't prove it happened there, but based on the timing and overall experience, I strongly believe it did. In my personal opinion, this owner appears to have difficulty managing anger and exhibits disproportionate rage. His behavior was unpredictable and felt like a ticking time bomb, which made me genuinely fear for my safety. After reading other Google reviews describing similar aggression and hostility, I realize I am not the only one who has experienced this type of behavior from him. This was one of the most disturbing and unprofessional business encounters I have ever had. No customer should be intimidated, harassed, or made to feel unsafe -- especially not for simply asking for an update. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop for your own protection and peace of mind. The owner's name is Alan

    The installation of the windshield was ok, but the service after that was horrible. I have a 2025…read moresubaru and a rock cracked my windshield called safelite took a month to get the windshield which wasn't a problem, but after they installed it my sensors were not working called them they said bring it back in to which I did. Picked it up and the serviceman I asked was everything working he said yes he took it for a drive and all sensors work. Got out to my veichle and drove and the sensors were not working I called them and he was RUDE, he said we hooked it up and all sensors were working and he took it for a test drive (which he lied, see subaru you can see how many miles, last trip, ect on the app) I told him its not working, then he proceeded to tell me ypu have to get up to at least 50 which is also a lie. I told him they are not working and his answer was "what do you want me to do?" Put my car back in tbe same way I gave it to you, I asked for a manager he said mondsy from 830 to 430 and the phone went dead. I took it down to subaruwaited for a tech snd he said did you check yoir dashbard? No clue what that meant but he went out into my settings and it was TURNED OFF, so safelight lied to me about it was working because it was off. I called the manager Monday and they still said it was working when I left the facility. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.
