Out of common courtesy, I show up at 2:45pm to get all the paperwork squared away. I didn't end up leaving until a little after 9:50pm. Throughout my full "work shift" I waited there, I continuously asked for updates and responses were, "we are working on it." While there was a language barrier, there is not reason to be lying to a customer saying you are working on a vehicle, when in fact they weren't the whole time. It wasn't until the end, around 9:30pm the tech tried apologize and 'joke' around - there was not any point during my duration there, did I consider the place a comedy club. The excuse was, he ran into trouble with other jobs prior too. Instead of informing the customer and being transparent, the lies continued. Then a lady appeared out of no where, antsy and a smudge of an attitude. Not sure if it's because she came around 7:30/8pm and there were people still there or what. She acted as if she was there to expedite the process, but she did not help from my knowledge. She even informed me they were working on my car. When I went outside, my car still had yet to be touched. What's with all the lies?? I still had to wait towards the end of my installation to finalize paperwork. I wouldn't recommend this place for any work! Some of the customers I had encountered in the waiting room started talking around 7:30/8pm and they both said they had similar problems with their most recent experiences with the business. How is this place open? The lack of generosity and care for people's time is unbelievable. I would not recommend, unless you want to be playing the waiting game.

A comprehensive professional teardown inspection revealed pure negligence and reckless hacking behind the dashboard cavity: * Severed Factory Wire Looms: They aggressively sliced open the primary factory wire looms and cut dozens of core copper lines flush against the OEM plastic connector plugs. * Irreparable Damage: Because they cut the wires so short, it is completely impossible to splice, solder, or re-pin them. The entire factory wiring harness is permanently ruined and requires a total, costly OEM replacement. * No Standard Integration: Instead of using required, vehicle-specific plug-and-play T-Harnesses to safely bridge components, they hacked directly into the main factory electrical loops using low-grade wire nuts and loose, exposed bundles. * Safety Systems Ruined: Their destructive manipulation of the communication pathways directly caused a total system failure of my vehicle's automated factory safety systems. * Warranty Voided: This butchered installation permanently compromised the electrical backbone and completely voided my manufacturer's warranty. After initially avoiding responsibility, the owner eventually admitted the damage occurred while the truck was in their possession and agreed to repair it. At the owner's request, I dropped the truck off again on a Friday and was told it would be ready Monday or Tuesday. Instead, every single day there was another excuse and another promise that it would be done "tomorrow." After days of delays, I finally asked for a firm completion date and time. The owner assured me it would be ready Thursday morning. When I went to pick it up Thursday afternoon, my truck wasn't even at the shop. I was then told it was at his friend's house in Allentown. I made it clear multiple times that I own and operate a business and that this truck is essential to my livelihood. Despite knowing that, there was no apparent urgency, communication, or concern about returning my vehicle within the promised timeframe. What started as a simple body repair turned into my vehicle being damaged while in their care, repeated broken promises, constant excuses, missed deadlines, and ultimately discovering my truck wasn't even where I was told it would be. The lack of professionalism, accountability, communication, and respect for a customer's time has been extremely disappointing. If you value honest communication, keeping commitments, and knowing where your vehicle is, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
