    I totaled my car and got another... where did I go to get it tinted? First Class of course! This time I stuck with the 35% but added the Ceramic tint. I did clear ceramic on the sunroof and that helps with the heat a lot! Again, another awesome job by first class. Btw- the staff is always professional and assists with choosing the right tint.

    Someone recommended First Class Tint To me, so I Came here to get my 18' grand Cherokee tinted all the way around, I was able to make an appointment and get in within a few days, and their prices are very competitive. The team was also very professional, and did amazing work ! I sent my sister here to get her car done, and will continue to recommend!

    I am the owner of the world's only fan-built replica of the Optimus Prime truck from Transformers 4…read more(keyword search "Optimus Is Here" on social media). This rig was custom built from the ground up. We've been touring North America with it for about 18 months. And in that time it's definitely taken a beating. Throughout 2017 my team and I worked hard cleaning up the paintwork and clear coat issues. We finally got Optimus to a point where a good majority of the imperfections were removed. But road debris, careless acts from other drivers and individuals, and ongoing difficulties with maintenance started to result in new chips and imperfections forming on the clear coat. Not to mention this truck is an impossible BEAST when it comes to cleaning it (takes a full day). With the amount of buffing we kept doing, the clear was thinning by the day. It was only a matter of time before we burned through it. And wax just doesn't protect this rig very well at all. I've heard good things about the ceramic coating from others and online. So we had done some extensive research on the product and then contacted a handful of shops in our region to explore options. Between their customer service, prompt responses to our questions, their knowledge, and their rates, Shine Techs came out on top. We teamed up with them this week to add some 3M clear to various parts of the truck along with a ceramic coating on the major body panels. George (the owner) and his team were very excited to take on a project of this size (one of the biggest they've ever done), and they worked hard to finish it in a matter of a few days. Because of it's size, they even found an indoor location large enough to store Optimus while performing the work. George and I went over all the areas that needed some light paint correction (buffing of the clear), and the areas I wanted to protect the most. He was careful to ensure all my questions were answered, and that we were both on the same page before starting. We make a lot of appearances with this truck and thus don't have the luxury of waiting several weeks for work like this to be done. Though (given my history with this thing) I was skeptical, he finished it within the projected deadline (which is something I can not say for many other aspects of this build). We just picked him up from the shop and boy does it look amazing! I have not yet done a thorough cleaning on Optimus myself, so I can't yet speak to how much time this ceramic coating will save me. Nor can I comment yet on the added shine, since it's only been a handful of days in subpar weather. But we will be touring several parts of North America in the coming months, which will give me plenty of time to see how well it holds up. And I will be sure to return here and comment on the durability of the product itself. As for Shine Techs, I have no problem recommending them to anyone looking to add this layer of protection to their vehicles. They did a phenomenal job. And when I find an individual or business who does quality work like this, I have no reason to look elsewhere. That is why I have every intention on returning to Shine Techs in the future to add more ceramic to various other parts of the truck. If these guys can tackle Optimus Prime, while at the same time not screwing me on the price like others tried doing, they can do anything. There is no need to look elsewhere. This shop is the real deal. Thank for you an AWESOME job George. You can rest assured I will support you guys and the work you've done for Optimus Prime 110%. :)

    I had an appointment scheduled for a 3pm installation.. Prior to the appointment, I received a few…read moretexts stating something along the lines of - do not be late, $30 fee and rescheduling of appointment will be needed if late. Out of common courtesy, I show up at 2:45pm to get all the paperwork squared away. I didn't end up leaving until a little after 9:50pm. Throughout my full "work shift" I waited there, I continuously asked for updates and responses were, "we are working on it." While there was a language barrier, there is not reason to be lying to a customer saying you are working on a vehicle, when in fact they weren't the whole time. It wasn't until the end, around 9:30pm the tech tried apologize and 'joke' around - there was not any point during my duration there, did I consider the place a comedy club. The excuse was, he ran into trouble with other jobs prior too. Instead of informing the customer and being transparent, the lies continued. Then a lady appeared out of no where, antsy and a smudge of an attitude. Not sure if it's because she came around 7:30/8pm and there were people still there or what. She acted as if she was there to expedite the process, but she did not help from my knowledge. She even informed me they were working on my car. When I went outside, my car still had yet to be touched. What's with all the lies?? I still had to wait towards the end of my installation to finalize paperwork. I wouldn't recommend this place for any work! Some of the customers I had encountered in the waiting room started talking around 7:30/8pm and they both said they had similar problems with their most recent experiences with the business. How is this place open? The lack of generosity and care for people's time is unbelievable. I would not recommend, unless you want to be playing the waiting game.

I found that both the ground and the positive wires were disconnected because they were not properly clamped (that is how car fires start). I brought my car in to have him fix it. He wanted me to leave the car there all day for a 15 minute job. I would have to pay for an Uber. I didn't want to do that so I told him never mind I'll do it myself and asked him if I could have another connecter for the positive wire. HE TOLD ME "TO GET OUT OF THE STORE AND THAT I WAS AN ASSHOLE". I paid a lot of money for that installation and more than retail for that amplifier. I should not have been treated like that. WHAT A REAL POS!

    There are several times I could have rated this shop but given a cordial relationship my family…read moredeveloped I overlooked alot. Not this time. We paid to have 4 tires put on my daughters 2013 Ford Escape Titanium AWD and it included tires, mount, balance and I was told required 4 tire alignment and not just the front as it is AWD. That was May 31,2024. My daughter has hardly traveled 10k since then and she went to have the car inspected elsewhere as we stopped using the shop towards the end of last year. Her car failed for the back tires tread was far below the acceptable level. We checked the tire pressure to be sure they were not over or underinflated causing the uneven wear. My daughter called Patrick several times to get the tires replaced as this appears to be an issue with junk tires or the back 4 tires were not aligned as we were lead to believe. Patrick took a photo of the tires and there is a gash on the outside of one tire from 2 weeks ago when I drove the vehicle and hit the curb at Ross shopping plaza. Patrick has told my daughter Tire Rack will not honor the warranty on BOTH because of the gash on the rear passenger tire. It's on one tire but will not honor either tire. Patrick told my daughter he would call back on dofferent days and did not and she had to keep calling (this is common for Patrick). She needed the shop to honor the quality of the workmanship of installation and the product and will not. He said he would charge her 169 per tire (his cost) other wise it would be $25 more for each tire. He would "slap a sticker on it" and install the tires. My daughter would go back to the garage she paid $100 to inspect for the legit sticker. I believe the shop should honor the tires. This appears to be an install and quality issue and not at all the gash. That issue two weeks ago would not cause the tires to wear so irregularly and so low. Against my better judgment I reached out to Patrick directly and asked him to make right on this issue and he refused and now tells me my daughter can take the car elsewhere. Explain that to me. Tire Rack or Patrick refuses to honor the irregular wear of the two rear tires because of the gash on one tire. I was turning from a parking spot not even going 5 miles an hour not traveling at 45 and hit a curb. The two tires wore irregularly and in a way we could not have anticipated. My daughter is a single mother and needs her vehicle to be safe. That is why she was sure to get the vehicle winter ready mid year. There have been issues with the quality of tinting on the first vehicle he tinted (which is why we then went back to First Class for tint jobs). There were many issues trying to get Patrick to respond to my daughter's ex for 3 months - 3 months and Patrick even took the engine out of his car sent it to VA and never mentioned any of that to the owner of the car. Would not return calls. Had the car for THREE MONTHS. There were many other issues I would have to bring my cars back for. So for Patrick to tell me my daughter didn't or would not have had a 4 wheel alignment when she got her tires, I will try to attach the receipt detailing the services rendered. Here is an excerpt from Patricks text to me about the above: "The bill for her tires were 189 each plus install. The rep I use offered them to me 25 under what we pay for them as a courtesy to her. I offered to install them for free and put a sticker on it for free as well. The gash is what it is and even if it happened yesterday, no one can or will warranty it. It doesn't cause the wear, but is rejected for that. The front end was absolutely lined up, but the rear is fixed and has no adjustments that can even be made. I recommend at this point having her take it elsewhere." What Patrick is doing is reprehensible! This is not about anything except him leaving a customer high and dry and not honoring what he sold or the work he did or did not perform but charged for. Either way, avoid this location.
