The same person has never responded to me twice. I finally said I needed a phone call because nothing was getting resolved. They assured me they would call me at 0900 yesterday. Today I get yet another email. "So sorry I wasn't able to call, I was busy with another customer." I am a customer. A customer with 11 seats. As soon as this project is complete, I will no longer be a customer. I will switch to PandaDoc, who actually cares about their employees AND their customers.

The customer service for us paying users is virtually NONEXISTENT, and this is unfortunate because I like the Docusign system, but I am going to have to change to another platform unfortunately due to how INSANELY bad their customer support is. Even small issues turn into big problems because you can't simply get any help. Whoever told you going completely digital with your customer service was a good ideal needs to be fired. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced for a professional platform of this level. You guys didn't just drop the ball, you completely screwed your customers.......
