Hi my name is Jaclyn, nickname Jackie lol. I absolutely love this store but more importantly this location. The customer service there is undeniably hospitable. I ran out of my reeses pieces last night and got to even enjoy some there for free thia morning! My first memory going into this exact location i went in with a guy friend to help him find something for his gf whom i thought i was helping him to help his nervousness about his sexuality while i realized that it was actually helping me! Hell yes i was a lil nervous when i saw that cute man behind the register. I tend to use humor to negate any nerves but mad i had to much fun i went around advertising and suggesting things for other couples. The man working said i really should apply because i almost told something theyve had for a few years. Anyways now my favorite memory. I came in with money given to me by my now 3 year long fiance. We were on our way to go to PA to thia gorgeous hotel more like home. That his parents once stayed in. My job was to go inside and pick out the fun and lingerie. If i could id take a pic in it to show how good of quality their lingerie is made out of. Bc yes it has been worn. Haha now on the phone yesterday Daria really helped me out so i had to come in if not to look just to speak. She was so pleasant on the phone and i said so hospitable about my old slightly expired coupon. I bought that day just a sample of ON. Its great and old friend that worked here suggested. It i had trouble with the internet ordering my lovense toy though amazon and through the lovense website. So i said screw the extra money. She told me the store policy. As lead by example any one and any one manager,boss,owner should; that it had to be used on a purchase of 50$ or more. As i couldnt deal with the internet as all these young kids have no patience but patience for that. I decided leta go used that coupon she was so sweet about reserving for me. Going in today to get such item. I walked out with more than i ever even intended to buy and yes Daria! Thank You to Renee we found the bull ring!!! The one he wanted elsewhere but even better. All i want to say is theae 2 ladies Daria and Renee are absolutely amazing and making you feel at home, making you feel comfortable in my own skin, as i have very little teeth left due to an illness that well. Lets just say i wasn't the only one in the store who's suffered from this illness yet we both keep smiling. So she was and they are very relatable as well!! I will be back probably more times than i should be as i need to save to move. But fiance felt like we were already married. Up until i started buying toys here to spice some things up.
