I recently needed a windshield replacement for my 2015 Nissan Rogue after a rock chip quickly…read morespread into a crack well over six inches long. The crack continued growing throughout the day, making replacement unavoidable. I shopped around and received quotes from several companies: +Pulidos Auto Glass: $427.59 +Apple Glass Company: $429.93 +Safelite AutoGlass: $496.54 I ultimately chose Pulidos Auto Glass, and I'm glad I did. They were able to install my new windshield the very next day at the best price. Before scheduling, I asked John Pulido a long list of questions about the windshield manufacturer, DOT certification, acoustic glass, molding, warranty, mobile service, and installation details. Instead of giving vague answers, he answered everything directly and professionally. He even checked my VIN before discussing specifications and confirmed my Rogue required an acoustic windshield. John explained that the replacement glass could come from manufacturers such as Pilkington, PGW, Fuyao, or AGC. After verifying my vehicle, he confirmed he would be installing a Pilkington acoustic windshield, which I was very happy to hear. The installation was performed at my home, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, and John actually arrived slightly early. The installation moved quickly and efficiently, and by 12:37 PM he was already calling me to let me know the work was completed. The new windshield included: +Pilkington acoustic glass +DOT-certified construction +Solar band +New molding +Mobile installation +Labor warranty John took care to protect the vehicle's interior and dashboard during the installation and cleaned up everything afterward. There was no mess left behind. He also explained the curing process clearly, including leaving the tape on the windshield for 24 hours before removing it. Most importantly, the finished product has been excellent. There have been no leaks, rattles, wind noise, or any other issues since the replacement. Overall, Pulidos Auto Glass delivered exactly what I was looking for: quality glass, knowledgeable service, mobile convenience, excellent communication, and a fair price. I saved money compared to both Apple Glass and Safelite while receiving a high-quality Pilkington acoustic windshield installed at my home. If you need a windshield replacement in Houston, I would absolutely recommend John Pulido and Pulidos Auto Glass.

I had an excellent experience with AB Auto Glass and highly recommend them!…read moreUnfortunately, my rear window on my 2018 Honda Accord was shattered over the Fourth of July weekend (07/04/2026) and I needed to get it replaced as soon as possible before the weather got worse. From the very beginning, Maryam was incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. She answered all of my questions and made scheduling an appointment for Monday quick and stress-free. Since I was at work, they were even willing to come to my job to replace the window before it started raining, which I truly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, both Maryam and Daryoush kept me updated, so I always knew what was going on. Daryoush did an outstanding job! He replaced my rear window with high-quality American Standard Safety Glass that includes the factory tint, and the installation was completed in about an hour. He was professional, efficient, and paid close attention to detail. After the installation, he carefully cleaned up all of the broken glass inside and around my vehicle, leaving everything spotless. It's hard to find companies that are honest, reliable, and genuinely care about their customers, but AB Auto Glass exceeded my expectations. The price was also reasonable. Their professionalism, communication, quality of work, and customer service were exceptional from start to finish. If you're looking for a trustworthy auto glass company, I absolutely recommend AB Auto Glass. Thank you again, Maryam and Daryoush for making a stressful situation so much easier!

He charged me extra fees, yelled at me and called me slurs over the phone, and didn't refund me. Do not go here. Do not bring your daughters or wives here either. Zach, don't worry- I got my deposit you stole back from my bank. I'm glad I went to another company to give them my $300. I should have trusted the bad reviews. The owner took my money despite his customer service rep saying I could get a refund. I called on a Thursday. He asked for my license plate instead of the VIN to "check my sensors." The license plate doesn't give any info....even I know that. He claimed I had no sensors and ordered a windshield for $265. On Saturday, after I drove 30 minutes one way, he said I did have sensors, and the cost would be $295. He demanded a $48 deposit to order the new windshield and that I would have to come back in a week to get it installed. He didn't mention a 3.75% card fee over the phone but forced it on me in person, suggesting Zelle only after I'd paid. Shady business practices. When I got in my car, it smelled like trashy cologne, and the steering wheel was greasy. I asked him what he sprayed in the car and he said nothing. He left the sensor box under the mirror hanging and tried to delay fixing it until my next visit to pressure me into coming back. I insisted he fix it immediately. Come to find out, he glued the sensor box back to my old windshield, and now I will have to buy a new one. I found this out by another business who ended up replacing my glass. Zach did not tell me he broke MY property. When I asked for my deposit back, his rep said I could call him. I called on Monday. He threw a tantrum, yelled at me, interrupted me, called me slurs, and mocked me for asking about the cologne smell. I have migraines and cannot do intense smells. He hung up, saying he didn't need customers "like me." He also badmouthed his very young female employee for telling me I could get a refund. She honestly seemed scared and uncomfortable when he was around. I do not suggest taking small children or women here.
