I told them cash. When the guy arrived late he spoke little English. Afterwards, the total he gave me was $20 plus dollars more than I was told on the phone. He said it was for tax. I told him I told the person who made my appointment I was paying cash and a correct total is pretty important. I happened to have $10 more dollars so he called and got permission to settle at that. I asked for a receipt and he said I would be emailed one. I called a couple of weeks later and left a message requesting a receipt. After another week I called again and was emailed a receipt. The receipt is not even for ABC Windshield. It's some other business name. So if there's a problem I've got to track down some independent joe who probably won't be in business anymore. Buyer Beware.
