The attendant was friendly and helpful, answering my questions, and wishing me a nice day as she was leaving. Today, there was no attendant when I arrived about 1 p.m., and the place was still spotless, despite several people doing laundry. What a refreshing difference from the last 2 visits to Shannon Suds. I had a female Yelper send me a "compliment", saying it wasn't the owners' fault for it being dirty, and I wasn't being fair. First, that's NOT a compliment. It's a comment. Second, if you use her same reasoning, then it's not the owner's fault if you walk into a dirty restaurant.

Feeling the glass on other washers that were running verified what I suspected... they had hot water completely shut off and all were cold. Further, the washer (front load type) was set to use so little water that at no point was there any liquid visible and splashing, more like a light spray of water on the clothes and some of them came out of the dryer with spots of concentrated laundry detergent; that's how little water passed through them. I gave them a call and left my laundry at the front desk. It was picked up the day I called and returned to me the next day! (They offer same day service if you sch a pickup before 11am.) My laundry looks great. They took care as not to shrink any of my button ups and sweaters and each came back to me on its own hanger. My jeans were neatly folded and none of the colors were faded on my shirts. I must say I wish they were better about knowing the exact time of drop off but to have such a great service and not break your bank is amazing!
