They assisted in getting the car over to Ford and even called Ford to discuss the issue when Ford techs had trouble determining the cause. They have had plenty of opportunity to make me pay for unneeded work and have always been honest about what actually needed to be fixed. Recently, they figured out what was making my jeep run rough. Turned out a rather large and popular after market shop in Syracuse that installed my lift kit and oversized tires did not do so properly! Jeep runs better than it did when it was new! And this is only one of many examples I could give!!! You're crazy if you don't use this shop for maintenance and major repairs!
