He responded very quickly, and brought an assistant and a flat bed trailer big enough to haul the motorhome. He was able to quickly resolve all the technical problems and loaded the motorhome. When we got to the destination, he helped resolve issues associated with gaining access to the storage facility. Wayne was courtious, professional, and patient during the whole experience. I took my car to get fixed somewhere else and planned to just bring it back for inspection. Really disappointed in the people who work here. I don't recommend it here, It's worth the drive somewhere else. It's slimy to price gouge like that AND lie about things being wrong just to make more commission. Do better.
