The ube syrup they use is high quality, as a Filipino American I approve. As an American latte snob I approve of the flavors in the egg nog. The spices were rich but not overpowering and the ube syrup complimented it so well.

I honestly dread going into this store. The manager guy in the stocking hat is so rude. The other employees apparently think this is the norm, and they all follow suit. Not sure if stocking hat guy has a social disorder, but it isn't good for business.
