From my experience at hookah bars, flavors can come out differently if the head isn't cleaned well, but the owner insisted they all are. He even brought out the box of shisha so I could see what they're using and yes, it was the exact one I have. After changing it out, it still wasn't right. He came back to check on me and I was honest in that it still didn't taste like gum mint, but I told him it was fine. He offered to swap it out yet again, but at this point I wasn't trying to be difficult. His whole staff and himself had been so nice and I didn't want to be "that customer." The next night I came back with my brother and the owner along with another waitress from the previous night remembered me and once again received excellent service. My work gave us the option of Aloft or Marriott, and only Aloft mentioned EV chargers on their website. (I ended up not driving the EV, but it was nice to have the option.) Check in was easy, and my room was ready and clean. I don't love the Aloft brand as I don't think it caters to my demographic, but it was perfectly adequate for a midweek trip made without my kids. I had a standard two queen room. It had a single sink and a shower (no tub). The room had a view of their conference room/ballroom building. The doors do not do much to keep the sound of the hallway out, and throughout the night, I could hear people talking and doors slamming. Not great. The beds were just a little too firm, but I thought the pillows were fine. The shower water pressure was not great, even when adjusted to be high velocity. I did like that parking was free and that there were several restaurants within walking distance. I think next time I'll try out the Marriott.

It is not a buffet but a made-to-order setup with a choice of omelet, burrito, or sandwich. We went with a fully loaded veggie option and it came generously stuffed. Nothing extraordinary taste-wise, but a solid and filling start to the day. The gym was a good size, though the free weight selection skews heavy, so if you prefer lighter weights you may find yourself out of luck. Clean, functional, and fairly priced for what it is, but bring earplugs.
