This is a really nice place. My friend and I enjoyed ourselves. As we walked in the vibes were definitely in the building. There was a DJ in front and people were up dancing, sitting around smoking cigars and having a good time. As the night went on, the DJ took a break and gave us a live show. He played the heck out of that Saxophone. That was the cherry on top. I will be back next month lol. read more

Solid cigar spot with a big humidor and knowledgeable staff. I had a good experience getting help from someone in the humidor who knew his cigars and gave solid recommendations without pushing too hard. Prices on cigars felt in line with what you'd expect. At the bar, I tried a gin refresher that was reasonably priced and hit the spot. The strange part was watching my friend ask for a simple tweak to his drink: he wanted extra cherries and was even willing to pay for them. Staff flat-out refused, which was odd. He joked about buying the whole jar if that's what it took, but the answer was still no. As a spectator, it was strange to see someone try to spend more money and still get shut down. During the day, the lounge is very comfortable and easygoing. On weekend nights, though, it gets crowded and loud, and finding a seat can be a challenge. Seating could be a challenge if you come with a larger group, and the bar staff could be a little quicker keeping up with orders and checks when it gets busy. I also don't care for the layout... the tables and high tops make it feel more like a restaurant than a cigar lounge. Some comfier chairs and lounge style seating would fit the atmosphere better. read more

First impression review. It was a "lit" (active, social) vibe last night. ( we had decided at the last min to give this place a look after our Christmas dinner and it did not disappoint!) Thanks to the amazing patrons! I give 4 stars because it is new (opened 2 months ago). However the manager may want to do better at hiring professional bartenders! And a manager that is great at managing fast paced, active environments! The service fell noticeably short (and this place only serves drinks). it was a busy night but not that busy that we kept being overlooked while sitting at the bar??? I don't smoke cigars but their display is nice and I like how it's laid out inside and its outdoor patio. Service fell short and the DJ could use more lessons but the vibe was awesome (great concept, layout and eager guests looking to enjoy the Christmas holiday season!) this place opened about 2 months ago... possibly still working through the "new" unexpected mishaps (I'm guessing). this is a generous review (if the place was established longer and had service like this I'd rate it a 2.5-3). They have onsite catered food or you can order your food in or bring your food with you. Tip: please know niche markets require great service! You should only have happy faces and welcoming service at your bar and food areas so that ppl are invited to look and buy! Made to feel invited to stay and buy some more...see win and win! It got to the point where my friend and I turned our chair to face away from the bar in order to kindly give the body gesture that we didn't appreciate him bullying his way into a conversation with us! So for this we couldn't keep water with our drinks... so that I'd have to ask for more water, just childish behavior. service was unnecessarily slow and there was only 1 nice professional bartender the young Caucasian woman but she got so overwhelmed quickly at the bar and pretty much worked the area alone because she was the only inviting presence (the black women bar tenders only catered to some of the guys they knew. The young black guy knew my friend and we couldn't even get him to give us timely service just a lot of unnecessary drama, misery and chaos at the bar ... GET PROFESSIONAL STAFF PLEASE!! One welcoming, professional bartender cannot manage alone with standoffish colleagues who then realize she's captivating all the patrons and then once the manager show up they told her they will manage their section but never did... just made us wait... being ugly and nasty on the inside but smiling and walking past their patrons while clearly observing us awaiting their attention and then after getting their attention they will make you wait even longer (rolling my eyes) just stupidly ignorant and childish behaviors that I have observed to be the native way service workers display their rudeness but please stop, it isn't cute and it's so dated like 1990s behavior or that 1960s "sure" tone...that sloppy work ethic played out in the 90s DO BETTER!!! as the night wore on it expectedly wore down the only nice bartender but she still kept going with grace but she felt bad dodging patrons to keep allegiances with her lazy colleagues. There was a (older Caucasian woman at the bar that appeared to be a manager but she wasn't managing these folks well) bar was loaded with like 3 - 4 bartenders...yet I witnessed several patrons from different parties all pulled for this one nice young lady as mentioned earlier... that should tell ya something!! read more

Nice cigar bar with a wide selection of cigars in the store and the bar is a full service bar with a variety of liquors and a decent selection of local craft beers. I found the prices of the cigars to be relatively priced with others; however I thought the bar prices were a little expensive after paying almost $30 for a single of Buffalo Trace whiskey. They did have more affordable drinks with the cheaper bourbons and whiskeys like Jack, Jim, etc. The staff was friendly but could have been a little more efficient at taking care of the number of customers at the bar; it took a little while to get a drink then it took even longer to get my check after asking for it. Service in the humidor was very good from a gentleman who was very well versed not only in the cigars, but was also a good salesman! Seating may be an issue if you are in a group and also if you may be a bit hard of hearing. Due to the seating arrangements. Had the big doors open, which kept the place with all the seats full, pretty much smoke free. I like cigar international. Normally go to the one in Tampa , FL. Tried the one in Jacksonville and it was a nice setting like all CIs so far. Plenty of chairs for seating and lots of TVs for entertainment and music as well. The bar was stocked very well with some good drink options but definitely room for improvement. The staff at this one was kind of short with customers instead of being more engaging. Not necessarily rude but definitely could be more friendly and accommodating. I will go back when in town because I like the atmosphere hopefully next visit will be better. read more

3.75 stars. Came out here tonight with some friends to have a relaxing but fun evening. First impression-- extremely loud music playing. The music was so loud that our friend group went outside to the patio area in hopes of being able to hear each other... it was rough. Towards 11pm, they finally just turned it off and that's when our night improved. Good indoor and outdoor seating selection. Cigars are reasonably priced and the shop has a good selection, however, the drinks too a long time to get (despite a relatively small crowd) and were super expensive. My friends enjoyed their burbon but I disliked my vodka drink so much (95% pure vodka... yikes) that I didn't drink the $18 item. Overall, I did enjoy the atmosphere and if they would keep the music low enough to be able to hear conversations and made sure the drinks were poured a bit lighter, then I would have given 5 stars. We definitely will be returning and we are hoping to have a better experience! read more

Huge selection of cigars, just like they have online or in their catalogs. The bar is stocked with many higher end liquor options. Service was a little spotty, but I think we caught them right before shift change. The bar has good ventilation and also large opened doors so there is never a build up of smoke. read more

ONLINE ORDER. Tried to order cigars from them and because I ordered 2 boxes they decided to hold my order to verify from the bank that my card was active good and not some sort of fraud even thought the card that was used approved the transaction and removed the funds from my account kinda weird but I get it a few days after I still had not received my cigars or any type of resolution to this issue, so I then called cigar international and canceled my order. To my surprise I happened to notice that since sept I have been being charged a $14.95 fee from C I so I immediately called my bank and had my bank give me all the info that it had on this purchase and or transaction I get the info I then call C I and speak to a representative who try's to explain that this fee is a third party company that charges this fee and that she has many customers who call and complain about such fee for ordering cigars she also states that it's hidden somewhere on the page and that if clicked on or convinced or bamboozled into clicking the link or tab it's automatically going to charge this fee and the benefit for having this program is free shipping now I'm no expert in shipping and or cost but it seems outlandish that C I would even charge shipping and let alone have it's customers tricked or misguided into such a scam truly am disappointed to know that your customer service rep knows this and your page or business consents to this kinda foolishness So in order for me to cancel I had to call some other company and again try to have this canceled and then have to have a 5 min sales pitch on why I should keep the program and that if I cancel I would loose any and all perks that had been obtained since joining !!! Funny thing is this was my first attempt at ordering online and the order was canceled because someone at C I couldn't or wouldn't understand why I was buying 2 boxes of cigars which by the way is my normal amount when ordering from other cigar sites So in closing I would not recommend this place and if you do watch you account because all they do is rake in the money and could give a damm how they get it so yes I am 1 customer out of millions but you guys drove me away Hopefully someone there at C I see's this and fixes there site or makes it a bit clearer as to what we the customers are signing up for read more
