The matcha smoothie was the highest quality of matcha I have ever tasted. I'm not an expert in matcha but I usually get the matcha Frappuccino at Starbucks and this surpassed that greatly. I received an influencer voucher for the LNY campaign which includes: 2 large drinks & topping + a purple pocket. I showed the cashier & they said I needed to buy the drinks but it's supposed to be free so I told them I just need to scan it - I scanned it & it worked. After when I asked about the purple pocket, I was told that I don't get one since I used the voucher instead of purchasing the drinks; however it is clearly stated on the voucher that it includes a purple pocket. I showed them that the voucher includes the purple pocket but the staff was still reluctant & quickly dismissed it so I didn't end up receiving a purple pocket. I am not upset about not receiving the purple pocket, I am just unsettled about the service I received. I hate to leave negative reviews but I am always honest with my experiences and this was just my experience. I hope the service here will be improved in the future.
