Xfinity is the WORSE company I've ever seen!! They only want your business & then they leave you hanging! They DO NOT care about (Older people/Seniors) that can't connect everything their self! We're new to Vero Beach Florida & we've never been treated with such disrespect! We were promised a Tech to come out but each day we waited till 9pm & then they'd send a text saying (sorry,next day next day next day) but no one ever showed up. I'm a unhappy Xfinity customer they raised my bundle price from 178 to 217 without any prior notification. Nov 3rd I contacted a associate via chat and she said without my landline my new bill will be 140 with a new promotion going in effect on November 5th I called on November 6th no one knows anything about this promotion. She said she's adding notes in my account which obviously she didn't because it was a blatant lie I requested a transcript of the chat they transfer me and after holding for good 10 minutes the call gets disconnected I'm a senior citizen and this the treatment we get from mighty Comcast's Thanks Mike Mordani read more

I had Xfinity for over 30 years. Was paying $381.00 per month. The speed was ridiculously slow and weak. That price did not even include streaming channels which is all we watch because we hate commercials. When Hurricane Milton hit us with the Tornadoes, it took Comcast 16 days to get our internet back up. In the meantime, we got sick of it and bought Starlink. Now the lines never go down because it is satellite. It cost $120.00 per month. No added fees of any kind. If a storm comes thru I can easily take it down and put it back up. We stream everything. The worst service I have seen in my life, and I am 66. Sequence of events: bought pay as you go modem 2 years ago. refilled it many, many times. this time, attempted online refill. accepted credit card. went through. then asked me for mas address. ? what I had done this 10 times. you have my account. i found it. entered it. says could not find in database. tried for TEN LONG ANGRY HOURS on chat line, being transferred from one pakistani name to another. all ended up transferring me to postpaid, not prepaid. this happened 10 times, each time they assured me they were transferring me to the correct place. threw modem in recylcing, will never, ever buy anything again. but they dont care. total fraud! read more

My bill goes up every month with nothing different changes or get better started out at 169 and change next month 10 dollars more and this went on every month ...now it's up to 249 and change. This review is of Xfinity, not this store. Their customer service is the absolute worst, but there's no competition around here. Call after call, hour after hour of explaining and re explaining, and being on hold and getting transferred to another agent who supposedly can help but really can only listen to the story then transfer you to someone else to start explaining all over, then being put on hold again. Last night I hung up after 60 minutes on hold on speaker. All this to get refunded for a phone I purchased and returned the first week of November last year, which I was already told was taken care of 3 times already! Xfinity has a really bad habit of overcharging for their super slow internet service. I paid extra for no cap on gigs and a speed of 300 that never got over 200. When they took over twice as much money as was agreed upon from my bank account, they refused to refund the difference. They also refused to comp the difference on future bills but gleefully assured me that I would only be charged the agreed upon amount moving forward. No thanks. I will be firing Xfinity as soon as I get another service set up. read more

Xfinity get one star because there is no option for zero stars!!! This is the worst internet provider I have ever had. Lousy connectivity. Messed up billing. They have a monopoly in this area so we have no choice. They overcharge, blame the customer for their own mistakes. I was on the phone with them twice today. the first call was almost an hour. The second time they could not find the notes from the call I had made just a few hours prior. I asked for a supervisor and when she finally came to the phone (55 minutes into the call) she copped an attitude and put me on hold... the system said no one was available to take my call an the machine hung up on me. Nice new store, crappy customer service. Was to have install on 6/21 at new house. Tech showed up and seemed oh so happy to be there. Told me he could not do install because his box was on the other side of a drive way. Should have known this, you pups think. Told me the cable would be installed sometime but he didn't know when. Got email saying 2 weeks. Went to store for some clarification. Sales rep had flippant attitude and could have cared less about my issues. Told me he would escalate issue to management and laid the info to the side. Told me he didn't know when I would hear something because it was Saturday and nobody works on Saturday. AT&T is installing tomorrow morning. A little customer service goes a long way. At least the store is flashy. read more

So, I've been a loyal customer for 3 years (they kept saying that while i was on the phone with them for about an hour and a half)... The package I currently have is expired and I wanted to be shopped for a new one. Apparently, they aren't running any new specials, so they could save me about $12 and I would lose the one and only channel that I actually watch. Um, no thanks. Hello. I have called three times and been told that everything is fine with my system, but it is not. The password given to me by you is not working. I have tried several times over several days. I have called "support" 3 times and each time they tell me they are checlking it and they come back telling me everything is fine. At this point i am paying for a service that is nto working. I have been a customer for less than a year and i am on my 4th router. This is unacceptable. THE PASSWORD IS NOT WORKING. Other wireless routers are connecting FINE. It is YOUR equipment that is the issue. And when i call sup[port i get NO help. No one can come to check my system for several days and they keep telling me that the system is fine. They also tell me there is nop one else i can talk to they have no contact with the support staff in America. This is ridiculous. I have had nothing but issues since i signed up with yopu and you refuse to fix anything! read more

Xfinity mobile . Phone costs 150. Phone is really worth 20. Voicemail only works with internet but you don't have internet because you need the hotspot to work which rarely happens. So you can text and talk but the ringer doesn't always work and the talk to text doesn't work. Oh and the speakerphone doesn't work well either read more

when I first moved to florida the only service I knew about was Comcast and they seemed the biggest so I called and found out for unlimited internet and basic tv was going to cost me 100 dollars a month..(highway robbery)...but I went with it cause I didn't have a choice...although they told me I could get lifetime and Fox News they never told me it wasn't the Fox News from New York and lifetime wasn't the same either....I think information by elimination is lying....so all their channels were really bad so I no channels that I really enjoyed..they were all bad.. ...so I watched Netflix for a while...I got tired of Netflix...many of their channels were for foreigners --not Americans--so I decided to go to Hulu....I decided I would downgrade my Comcast service to just internet...that was a fight..they denied that service existed but I found out that it did indeed exist because its listed...wayy down in the corner of their website in the corner...so after a lengthy discussion with customer service at Comcast they said okay....again they lied by omission by not telling me that the internet service was not unlimited...I need unlimited as i use the internet to connect with people..im older and I live alone....so comcast (yea compost is more like it)...emails me and tells me I will be billed for an additional ten dollars for X amount of overage of internet I use...okay so now im furious...so I decided to be calm and call them and tell then to upgrade my service again to what it was...I explain that I feel I was lied to on both occasions..doesn't matter...so now I have to pay compost 100 dollars a month for unlimited internet and their shitty Tv which I will never use because YES ..it is just that bad...Im retired and live on fixe income and its not all that much and this comcast feels it necessary to extort money from people and have to pay for services which they don't want and will never use just to have unlimited internet....this is disgusting...especially for older retired people who's income ins't what it used to be..I feel like these companies 'EXTORT' money from every customer they have especially older people and people that don't earn alot of money..so in order for me to watch half way decent Tv and unlimited internet I have to end up paying 150.00 dollars a month...this is outrageous....yea im not nice when I speak to customer service--and I don't care...that company and many other TV companies wrong every little dime out of you that they can ..whether or not it is moral....im trying to find a better way to do this and I will tell them to get out of my face when I do....its crazy that American have to feel victimized by companies like this read more
