I am extremely unhappy with Ironside and their services. And to think I tried to work there. I sent…read morea postcard for about 1600 names and addresses. I was quoted, pretty high, but I understand being a printer. I asked if I could bring my own paper and Bo said it would probably cost me more than the $1100 already quoted. How that makes sense is beyond me. I sent my files and Bo passed me off to Jennifer who could not get a proof correct to save her life. I never ACTUALLY approved anything. Bo actually emailed this to me. "We will send you a final invoice prior to mailing with actual postage (which will be less than quoted)." Never got an invoice prior to mailing, which I dont even know that my mailers left Ironside, as I never got the invoice either! So after 3 versions of proofs sent and incorrect spelling of my name, I was uncomfortable working with this company. I still am fighting here, on the 4th of October, as I just got the invoice FROM SEPTEMBER 5TH. Crazy. I used another company who got my mailers out in a timely fashion, even after this huge eff up from Ironside. I recieved tracking with the new company and my client started recieving RSVP phone calls for their event. When working with Ironside, on 9/16/24 my client still had no calls - again this job was started on Sept. 5th. I have a feeling it's going to get more in depth but I would not recommend this company to anyone. Ever. Not even a phone call to me. Im just ashtonished how people cant do their jobs but they're hiring for new people daily. Please do right.

I can't, in good conscience, leave anything higher than one star. I booked two cleaners for three…read morehours. They arrived on time, but after three hours, only two bathrooms and part of another room had been cleaned. Did not make the bed, as asked. The kitchen, living areas, and floors had not been touched. I contacted the owner, and he agreed to give them an additional hour. Thirty minutes into that extra time, they were both still cleaning the same bathroom. I texted the owner again to let him know they still hadn't started the remaining rooms and sent a video showing one of the cleaners on her phone, taking pictures (not selfies) of my bedroom and my belongings while the vacuum was running and she was texting someone. I was granted another extra hour, but the same cleaner who had been taking pictures then spent about 30 minutes pushing the vacuum back and forth in the same spot, mostly just staring into space, which was captured on my security cameras. The owner granted yet another hour. At that point, they rushed through the kitchen, living areas, and floors, then asked me to leave a Google review. After they finished, my child walked into the house and asked why it smelled like a wet dog. We don't have a dog. Their mops were clearly dirty, and nothing smelled fresh or clean. The only cleaner I noticed was the window cleaner, because I was standing right next to her when she used it. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.
