The people at that store are unprofessional cold and rude. First of all you have to take a number and wait like u are in a deli. Its slow rude as they try to justify why you are paying so much for basic cable with no stations. You have to go in. They dont have a customer service phone line at all. Its totally unprofessional when you go in and ask for a break down of bill and charges. They act like you are bothering them. I hate that store I hate the set up. If I could id switch everything I could but t mobile and there 5G is not available in my area yet? Cable xnfinity trys to control certain area's so noone else can cover there service area. I posted about 2 wks ago. our saga continues. we purchased an I phone on 4/4. We never recieved it Almost 5 wks later all we get is the run around. No phone, no refund and a standoff to just wait. Called corporate; promises but no results. They can't even cancel the order. I'll post again later, but for now be cautious They all seem incompetent. Xfinity is awful. Just try to actually speak to a live person about an issue. Funny how if you want to sign up they are ready to speak to you, but when you have an issue (and there are many) you cannot reach a live person to save your life. Terrible service. I have been to this store a few times and 2 out of 3 have been horrible. They don't want to help. Just got home form a network issue and I had called apple and they said it is network. The guy changed the sim because it would not reset but never addressed my original issue. Was so rude!!!! Candace was attentive and very helpful. They turned my frown into a smile and I got a better deal than att who have been nothing but I pain. So much happier with xfinity. I dropped my cable tv from them and kept the internet service, I went to the store to hand in my cable box and modem I was renting from them, everyone there was nice and helpful, they showed me how to hook up my personal modem using their app which was easy, I forgot something when I left and the lady ran to the parking lot to give me my item which was very sweet, I recommend this store. read more

Had Comcast for a while. I have reported numerous times poor tv reception when raining. The technician never comes when it's raining so when they show up it appears good. I have asked them to remove my cable from the wires wrapped around the electric wires and they insist my wire doesn't come from across the street even though it's clearly visible. After putting up with this for ever my cable prices more than doubled and when I try to get it lowered they don't offer any help. A truck brushed the wires that are wrapped in the electric wires and it pulled the cable off my pole and it hung across 100 feet of my driveway. As I tried to lift it to get my truck out of the garage I got a shock as the cable was wet in the rain. I called 10 times. Each time getting foreign speaking people and when I ask for a supervisor I got hung up on. Nobody ever cared the cable was getting electrically charged when wet from the 5 to 6 wraps around service cables so they said a technician would come out in two days which finally did then he said he had to get a bucket truck that would come 3 more days later. Imagine my amazement when a guy with a ladder came on a nice dry day and pulled the wire and nailed it up on the pole. I canceled my xfinity service and AT&T was out the next day installing cable and verified that my Comcast xfinity cable was in the wrapped up mess from across the road. I never got any of the credits the foreign people promised and then Comcast refused to remove their wire from my driveway and house. To rub salt in the wound they charged me for the time my cable was down and I was waiting on a technician to repair it. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT GO EITH XFINITY COMCAST Oh final thought. After I cancelled they all of a sudden have clearly English people calling and emailing on how to keep my service. read more

Xfinity Mobile is still billing my credit card three months after termination of service. Unable to make payment except by credit card. On-line account did not provide breakdown of charges. Most competitors refused to transfer service due to the difficulty in dealing with Xfinity Mobile since they have virtually NO customer service. Refuse to help at Xfinity Store. They charged me for use of cell phone owned by me! Thank God for T-Mobile, they were able transfer my number and provide great service. read more

I wish I could leave a 0 star review but sadly that is not an option. This is absolutely the WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of giving my business to. The internet quality changes constantly but it is never good at all, and don't even bother trying customer support because you will only end up talking to an operating machine that isn't even programmed to listen to you properly. When it asked me if I wanted to restart my router I said "Fuck you! Fuck you! Fuck you! I want to talk to a person!" And it replied with "ok, we're gonna restart your router now." My elderly parents were promised wireless boxes for their home. A tech has been to the home 3 times without the proper equipment. The tech says they're not allowed to carry the wireless boxes on the truck. Which is the complete opposite of what we were told by Xfinity. My elderly father has missed every single playoff game due to this horrible customer service. I called on his behalf and get nowhere. I asked to speak to supervisor and I spend another 30 minutes waiting. Just to be told he's in a meeting. They may be worse than AT&T, which I thought was impossible. It's a shameful company that treats the elderly in this manner. I'm not allowed to put the name of the supervisor which is unfortunate. He should be held accountable for his behavior. As of right now, I'm still on the phone. I'm trying to cancel service that I never had in the first place. Avoid this company like the plague. They treat elderly veterans like garbage. read more

My Comcast service has gone out four time in little over a month. They send a tech out and it's working, so the tech says sorry nothing we can do call us back when it goes down again. Now the day before a hurricane gets here, it's down for the count. I call and they tell me there is an outage in my area. I walk the dog and see my next door neighbors TV on so I stop and their Comcast is working fine, then I go to the other next door neighbor and once again working fine. I asked the agent how is this possible and I'm told it is possible and the problem will be corrected in 3 to 5 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were all on other calls and no one was available, meanwhile this call is now into it's second hour. Now I finally get a rep in the states that tells me I should reset my modem back to the factory settings so I do that and again nothing. Then I'm told I must have a wiring issue in my house so I run a line from the outside of the house all the into the modem and still the same thing. Then I'm told there is no internet outage for this area that I must have an issue here and I need to have a tech come out. Great finally getting somewhere, then I'm told the soonest they can get here is Wednesday the day the hurricane is coming. I asked about Tuesday the next day and was told everything is all booked up, well half the town is under evacuation so asked how can that be, again told nothing they can do, then I ask for a supervisor (10th time) and gain told none available so hang up and call back then I'm told by another rep that there is no service calls for today because of the hurricane but they could come Wednesday, as of Tuesday the hurricane is no where close to me, it will be here Wednesday the day they're coming out. There is not another company out there that can lie to their customers over and over and have piss poor service and get away with it. I'm a former customer whose startup order trying to return to Comcast (Xfinity) was botched by your sales team. Just thought you'd like to know about what happened and why I cancelled my service contract with you. We ordered a system a week or more ago- "Double Play" with two wireless receivers, DVR and internet at your Cobblestone office in a pre-wired house using a wired connection for the DVR and a customer supplied modem. I was advised by your sales team to buy a compatible modem ("any modem so long as it states compatible with Xfinity Service.") so as to avoid a $13/month charge for modem rental. Jake the salesman, quoted technician installation, a one-time fee which was also required due to the length of time the service hadn't been used (four years+). Grudgingly, we agreed to the tech install if they could compete the entire job. No problem, says Jake, as he added that to our bill. When the technician arrived, he quickly determined that the wireless receivers were INCOMPATIBLE with ANY customer supplied modem. To us, this potential increase in cost priced the service $231/year higher than we expected to pay and considerably higher than what we are paying now with a competing service. The tech then tested all the connections and found a bad cable in the wall to the DVR, which needed repair. He then informed me that "Wall-Fish" e.g., pulling in and replacing existing or installing ANY new cable in the wall was no longer provided by Comcast (at least not in this area). He says that competent sales people should have known about both the limitations of this installation and the compatibility of wireless receivers. THIS LIMITATION IS NOT IN COMCAST'S LONG LIST OF DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS AND DISCLOSURES PROVIDED TO US BY COMCAST AND BY THE OFFICE. There are no wireless DVR options with Comcast provided in this area today, according to the installers. read more

I've been a customer for nearly 5 years --for cable, internet and even a landline.... Every year the price is raised CONSIDERABLY. Finally, this year, I got a little "promotion" and the friendly guy at the store told me that I could sign up online for "auto-pay" --in which case, I would get $10 off my bill every month. ( I used to pay my bill every month by phone...) The result? IMPOSSIBLE to sign up and nobody is able to help! I tried 1) at the computer, 2) by phone, speaking to a useless (although friendly employee) , 3)AT THE STORE, IN PERSON and finally 4) with their horrible app. Nothing worked!! I'm supposed to have an account , but I don't remember my password... That is, if I ever had one... And the system won't allow me to create a new one either! Getting help online is useless too, for you need to sign up before anyone will chat with you ... Well, that's is PRECISELY what I can't do!!! What blows my mind, above all else, is that EVEN going to their store IN PERSON, in order to sign up for auto-pay is completely useless ---a true Mission Impossible! Nobody there is "allowed" to help you with that ; they tell you that you have to do it yourself, on your phone or computer or whatever...And IT DOESN'T WORK no matter what you do. So, No help at all! Nothing resolved! No Auto-pay for me, no discount.... Looks like they don't want me to sign up and get the discount after all. . Honestly, don't know if this is sheer incompetence, paranoia ( they keep telling us it is THAT difficult and complicated because it is for "our security..." or if they are just plain liars ...Who pretend to give a promotion, but then make it impossible for you to sign up in order to use it.
