Service providers at the store truly have a hard time understanding anything you might be telling them. I haven't even been able to seem to give me the help that I have been requesting while the actual phone services are even worse. read more

The service was exceptional. As you enter you are placed on a wait list if there are other customers and a busy time for them. My technician was personable, listened to me and helpful to get me signed in with service. I did sign up online which helped with the time I was in the store. Thank you XFinity. read more

This is for Xfinity as a whole, not one location. Xfinity used to be a very good company when we moved here about 10 years ago. We had AT&t for our internet because we were new to the area. We were having too many problems since we work from home so we switched over to Xfinity. Xfinity was definitely a step up at the time but I had to call them today to replace a bad modem which they supply for a monthly fee. I tried several times to get a live agent but the system would not allow it and politely ended the calls for me. It didn't go any better when I was finally able to get a live text chat. I texted with 4 people. I did not have a problem with requesting the new replacement modem and all I had to do was sign the release for the equipment. When I went into the release I saw that they were trying to charge me $114 monthly compared to my $79 I currently have automatically deducted. The agent and I went back and forth about the difference, but my bank statement doesn't lie. I escalated it to the next person and that one went about it the same way except it told me that my deal had expired, which the first agent never told me. This one said that I could bring my bill back down to $80 if I was willing to give them my banking information for automatic bank withdrawals instead of my Visa. I told them they already automatically withdraw every month through the same account but by my Visa number for my protection and that it was a shady a business practice to charge me more for using my Visa (about $10 more a month). I tried to escalate this to the next person and if that person couldn't help then I would just close the account. The next person said try calling our 1800 Xfinity phone number for help. So I said the same to her and she transferred me to the 4th agent. Supposedly the last three agents were managers or supervisors. This one apologized very nicely on the text, said it was checking into the information and then left me on hold until it disconnected. This person never called, texted or emailed me back. I could have done this whole interaction of replacing the defective modem and confirming my monthly payment within about 5 to 10 minutes if I could have spoken to a live agent, but this back and forth on text went on for over 2 hours. Here are the names of the useless representatives I dealt with from the first one to the last one and I'm sorry I don't mean to offend by using the word "it" but it is difficult for me to figure out he or she on text and the spellings of the names, I seriously thought for a while it was all AI. Visited store in order to continue with my internet service but they signed me up for something I didn't ask for. I had to come back the very same day and correct the issue. It always feels like they are trying to con you and you have to double check everything. This places needs more supervision as the employees do whatever they want. read more

Xfinity calls me told me my firewall has been hacked. They also told me because all I have is an Apple 14 pro max and not a computer. They won't help me. I asked if someone can come out they said no and hung up on me. read more

I've had surprisingly good experiences at this store.. especially compared to the customer service phone number. There are always 2+ people working the register no matter the day/time, usually at least one available or at most a short line. They are knowledgeable, don't hassle me for equipment exchanges like the service line does, and don't ask me a hundred questions to verify who I am. This is not about the store but about the service provider.first, when you call , you will NEVER speak to the same person twice. No one puts notes in your file and you have to repeat yourself 18x. You are promised a call from tier 2-3 and it will NEVER HAPPEN. The billing department is a joke. And if you dare opt for auto payments- be prepared to have your bank account stolen from. And god help you bc while it took 2.4 seconds to be stolen it will take 18 months to get it back. This company is TERRIBLE. DO NOT do business with them. I would NEVER recommend them. Xfinity Mobile online sold me a phone/phone-plan with a promotional offer that clearly indicated no prepayment penalty...but the promotional offer was revoked with prepayment. Within the week of activating the phone I tried to get this fixed, and was given the run around until Xfinity's delaying tactics meant I had no ability to get out of contract. I spent hours on the phone over the course of a little over a month trying to get the issue resolved (absolutely the most frustrating experience with employee after employee promising to respond later and never doing so) so I eventually came into this store. Initially I thought this was going to be a good experience because Jared with Xfinity seemed like a really nice guy trying to help me out, but somehow everything that he said ended up being incorrect and when I contacted him as specified he ALSO did not reply as he'd promised. (Not even mentioning numerous follow-up phone calls to store that never got through because the lines/staff were "busy".) When I stopped in the store a second time to terminate my business relationship, I spoke with store manager David. He was unfriendly and asked lots of irrelevant questions before I could complete the transaction. When the phone payment was processed so that I could exit the Xfinity Mobile store, I requested a printed receipt of the transaction (which he provided)...only to find out he had divided the transaction into two, but only gave me one receipt! When I called in later to find out what had happened, the woman on the phone refused to let me speak with David because he was "unavailable". He WAS apparently available though, because the woman on the phone kept having to repeat my questions and repeat his answers like a glorified microphone! She was extremely unfriendly, kept talking over me, and eventually explained to me that I didn't need a printed receipt because there was a digital one--as if she knows my life and my reasons. I now have to return to the store AGAIN to get my second receipt that was apparently NOT an error, but a deliberate choice David made...according to the woman who played David's microphone. I could not be more upset with this company and now this store location as well. DO NOT BUY XFINITY MOBILE! I know all cell phone companies stink, but this set of experiences was genuinely so much worse than I've even got room to go into. read more

Nice new store but as always, employees are looking like they haven't slept a week, no energy and slow! Two people before me had basic requests and the guy was incredibly slow and uninterested in everything surrounding him. Tiffany at the Bay Area store was the epitome of professionalism! She was very polite, listens to my questions, answered directly and accurately. All while multitasking and helping other staff with their customer questions. I wanted to lower my service level and delete cable altogether. She did not try to sell me to keep the service. She gave me good advice on plans available and even pointed out that they have a newer better modem, which she gave me and activated today. waited in line; man called me to desk and I barely got out what the problem was before he was walking off mumbling to get another modem; couldn't understand what he was saying because he spoke low and was walking off; brought me a new modem that was different from my own but didn't ask me how many Ethernet connections i was using ... i was using 4 and this one only has 2; my 200 mbps previous modem was only running at 20 mbps after 30 min conversation w rep on the phone trying to trouble shoot ; i'm not happy as I will now have to go wait in line again; very poor service at this location; need to train your employees on how to greet and treat customers!!! read more

Don't go here. I went and had my equipment upgraded for my house and the gentleman looked over my account. Told me sense I been with them for so long and had an old plan he could upgrade it with a lower price. I told him that's great if I could keep all the same channels. He said yes. I ask like 5 more times and he kept saying yes. Well when I got home and hooked it all up. I was missing all my movie channels. I had to call and complain and keep escalating till I got my movie channels back. I should have listened to the reviews for this place. They will say anything or just don't know about their job to work with costumers. Let them just handle the equipment and leave the sales to people that know what they are talking about. read more

Once again, this store and personnel get a big fat F! Went there for a new remote as my mute button does not work. Guy gives me one, says push 2 buttons and a code will appear on the screen....NOT! 2 hours later with 2 techs and problem finally fixed. Not exaggerating on the 2 hours...I timed it. This whole company is PATHETIC! The outgoing message with store hours is incorrect and they NEVER NEVER EVER answer the phone. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more
