A month or so later we had an opportunity to stop in again to get some assistance with an iPad connectivity issue. After a short wait, they had me fixed and out the door in less than a half hour. Fast forward recently decided to change internet service providers, I walked in shortly after they opened, walked out 30 minutes later. Extremely knowledgeable staff, customer service is excellent.

Why is it that they failed to tell you everything that you need in order to establish service. I find it disappointing that this is the only high-speed Internet provider in this area. But these guys went above and beyond last week to help me! I large tree limb came down on an ATT line in my yard. After spending most of one day trying to find a local ATT office that could get this limb off the sagging phone line in my driveway, I called LifeGrid to see if they run on ATT lines and maybe had a local number. Not only did they have contact with a local office, they set up the removal of the limb! It's not often a company goes out of their way to help a customer . . . this little company is amazing.

Talking with Verizon today on the phone I have discovered this location lied to me about the requirements for the upgrade in order to get more money from me. They could already tell I was confused with the changes they were trying to make and took full advantage of it. Hopefully Verizon customer service can erase this contract I was tricked in to taking. I was not required to change my plan for the upgrade and according to the promotion online I should owe nothing on the new phone. This locations number doesn't even work to call. A well dressed, professional Dave Rogers arrived during actual contracted company was in the middle of installing. Dave was gracious and seemed to understand the 'mixup'. My reason for the rating is that their quote was competitive over the phone. Very professional. As in the actual contracted company, they were interested in helping install a pre purchased outdoor security camera when others weren't.
