What a bunch of thieves!!!! My bill went from $146 a month to $183 a month after my introductory year period, I understand that. I called and was put on a new plan and it was supposed to go down to $154 a month, or so I was told. My next bill came and it did not reflect the new lower price. I was still $183!! I called AGAIN and was told that they could see I called but the change did not go through their system and that I still owed the full amount. What a bunch of thieves!!!!

Cutting through solid rock to lay a line underground for outdated internet. Slow and useless unless you like paying thru the nose.

Internet service is absolutely terrible. Service is expensive for very intermittent and slow connectivity.

I use your Internet, on your own website (comcast.net) to watch movies. It is the slowest, skipy, piece of crap I have ever used. Why?

This company says they have scheduled an appointment to see the problem then never shows up. 6 times at this point. it is nearly impossible to speak with a person and regardless if you get someone on the line they cannot heKP. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I called Century link about it and got to talk to the robot who try's to sound like a person. It informed me it found a problem with their line and they would need to send someone out to fix it. The soonest appointment is a week from tomorrow. It conveniently scheduled the appointment for sometime between 8am and 5pm, Central Time, which is 2 hours ahead of where I live in the Pacific zone. The robot also said they will charge me $95 if I am not here when they show up. I've been through the same process at least three times in the last 12 months. I'll get a text telling me that their technician has arrived. No one ever actually shows up at the house. So I drive around and find their Century Link truck parked along the road, about a mile from my house. The technician tells me the problem is somewhere on the main road. I'll get a text later saying it's fixed. That means it will work slightly better for a couple months. Then, I will have to repeat the process, talk to the robot and sit at home for another day so they can not show up again.

Currently I'm fascinated by Victoria and glad that Mercy Street is back, despite the grit. This summer I loved the Corfu story, and would like to read the book sometime. My friend and I enjoy Call the Midwife, and she ended up going to the library to read those books. I also enjoy the nature shows, ancestry shows, American Masters and Kennedy Centre Honors. I'm not big on news shows or classical music but that's okay. What made me decide to become a member are two things. One, my financial situation has improved. I must tell you that I've always been grateful for all those people listed who make these shows possible - I say that most sincerely. The second thing is that I discovered that I can watch A Chef's Life online - I was so thrilled and grateful, as I missed a couple seasons :) Keep up the good work!
