    WOW!!!! Five stars all around. Not sure why this location gets such a bad rap. I was there to turn in some WiFi equipment and my Consultant, Kris D., took such great care of me. He processed my return and confirmed my final billing information within MINUTES...right there at the front door kiosk...no appointment needed, no line, no hassle! Thanks, xfinity.

    Xfinity telling me to go to the local store to pick up Wi-Fi extenders

    Xfinity customer support advised us that we need to go to the local store and pick up out complimentary Wi-Fi extenders for our new service. The closest store is in lady lake 40 minutes from our home. I took the trip on 4/21 and got to the store at 4pm. A guy Joe said that they can sell me some but complimentary ones would have to be shipped. I showed him the message from customer care and he didn't bother to even look. I asked to speak with someone who can help, he said no one can help, and no managers are there. He just sat there useless not even assisting anyone, sitting in a corner. Not even an attempt to call someone.

    This review is based solely on my experience Xfinity Text Assistant and with a Field Technician named Billy. I was contacted via text message that Xfinity proactively monitors their customers service network and identified some issues with our internet connectivity and offered to send a technician out to fix the issue. Billy was the technician and quickly identified a couple of issues. He was professional, friendly and respectful. My husband and I were impressed with his work ethic. He took pride in his job and made sure his worksite was cleaned up and everything was in good working order. This type of service is rare these days.

    Very unhelpful. How in the world can I even talk to a human being? All I get is a stupid assistant, who doesn't know anything.

    I was on a plan for around $70 per month for just internet and they've raised it to $137 per month with no upgrades or changes. Total joke.

    Slow and rude. Can be a 2 hour plus wait for a 30 second transaction. When online or talking to a rep...they almost just as useless.

    Had to drive all the way to this corporate store because I was getting nowhere with ATT customer…read moreservice. I was told that I would have to call on Monday to speak to a manager to get my concern escalated to the office of the President. Wrong approach. They should have taken my information and had the manager return my call not put that on me. Horrible customer service. When I called I was told the manager doesn't come in until after 10:30. Gee must be nice. I left my phone number and asked for a call back asap. I'm still waiting. Just like I'm still waiting for the supervisor on night shift to call me and help activate my line which I was assured repeatedly would happen last Tuesday night by another supervisor. I'm still waiting on that call. This is not a company that values their customers and if you scratch off the superficial surface this store rises to the same poor customer service I receive from their corporate stores. ATT does not value their customers at all. Not one bit. The store is also not an authorized dealer versus a franchise like one glaringly positive reviewer claims. This is a corporate store, not an authorized dealer. Authorized dealers are the franchise stores. I am in the process of filing a complaint against ATT with the FCC and the BBB.

    About two weeks ago I lost access to my Bellsouth email account. This account was assigned to me…read moreabout 30 years ago by AT&T. At the time AT&T did not offer cell service, instead they only offered landline service to homes and businesses. Since then I have stopped using a landline and only have cell service. I have always carried my Bellsouth email from cell provider to provider. And then, for no reason I couldn't get into my email account. Imagine losing access to years of emails sent by people who I love, family and friends who have died, legal letters, warranty information, etc. I called everyone I could think of. No one could help me. I spent 45 minutes on the phone talking to an AT&T rep, a rep from Yahoo, T-Mobile, and my current WiFi provider Comcast. I even went to the Comcast store in Lady Lake. It was there I spoke to a young man who said he once worked for AT&T and perhaps I could get help at an At&T store. I went to the Lady Lake store and was greeted by Mr. D'Alessandro. First thing he asked was do I want to switch to AT&T. I explained I just signed a two year contract with Comcast which included cell service. Now I'm thinking to myself, there won't be any help from this guy, I'm not going to be a sale. But to my surprise and admiration he spent close to an hour with me, trying all kinds of things, until he managed to unlock my Bellsouth email. Not once did he seem put out or annoyed. Nope, he just kept on trying until he fixed my account. For no other reason than he could. I offered him money or lunch, and he refused, commenting that he was glad to help. No reward expected or implied. Look, I see all the complaining. But in my opinion this is an excellent store. When my contract with Comcast/xfinity is over, I'll be calling this office. Xfinity has been a nightmare and if I didn't have a commitment I'd be gone.

    I had come to the store previously and had a good experience. My review would have been different…read morethen. Today I went to the store to have my old phone transferred to my new one. Shane, told me that because I didn't buy the phone at this T-Mobile store that he would only transfer the number not the information. He told me I could go over to geek squad!! In-store I called T-Mobile 611 and talked to a very helpful agent. She asked to talk to Shane and did so. He refused to budge. She is sending me to another store. She said that it hurts her heart And that all T-Mobile should be one big team. This store obviously only cares about selling phones. They also have no tech department. Shane said this policy as per their manager, which is another problem. He could have done it anyway as a nice gesture. My trip was wasted

    Awful experience I went in to remove my sons phone and number off our plan and to open his own plan…read moreas he is 18 and wants it in his name so he can add or change things on his own with his money as he wants, ANYWAYS I had called 611 and had the number released so the agent said we had to go to the store to open his account and link the number well according to the man working there not only could he not do that for us he said " we don't do anything but sell phones here I can't help you" so I asked may we cancel his line then open up my son a new account with a new number to witch he replied "no as I stated before we just sell phones call 611 " and you won't believe what 611 said " you must do this in store to verify ID " so at this point I'm wondering what the point of this store is because there not helpful at all the one 3 miles up the street however got us in and out within 10 minutes and my son got to keep the same number. GO TO ANY T-MOBILE STORE OTHER THAN THIS ONE
