Since the battery was also nearing the end of its life, I decided it was time for a new phone. As an AT&T customer, I first visited T-Mobile after seeing an advertisement for a "free" iPhone 17 Pro Max. After spending four hours in the store, I quickly realized they were not going to earn my business. I returned the phone and decided to stay with AT&T. While visiting my parents in The Villages, my mom and I stopped by the AT&T store in Sumter Landing, where we were greeted by Conrad. I explained my situation--that I had recently paid to have my screen repaired, my phone was paid off, and I was looking to upgrade because of the failing battery. Conrad immediately went above and beyond. He asked if I had AT&T insurance and explained that Asurion should have been involved when I paid for the screen repair. Then, instead of simply telling me to call them myself, he took the time to access my Asurion account and investigate. To my complete surprise, Conrad discovered that I had actually qualified for a replacement phone at no cost when my screen was repaired! He truly saved the day. My replacement phone arrived at my parents' house just two days later, and Conrad assured me he would personally help transfer all of my data from my old phone to the new one. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Conrad. His professionalism, knowledge, patience, and genuine commitment to customer service are exceptional. He took the time to make sure I understood my options and found a solution that I never would have discovered on my own. If you're visiting the AT&T store in Sumter Landing, do yourself a favor and ask for Conrad. He provides personalized, thorough service and truly cares about his customers. He is an outstanding representative for AT&T and one of the best customer service professionals I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Thank you, Conrad--you are the best!

The staff took the time to diagnose the problem, which involved removing the card, trying it in other phones, analyzing it on their computer. It turns out that the sim card had gone bad, evidently an uncoomon occurence, so they programmed a new one. Throughout this he was courteous and friendly, despite the fact that he didn't charge me. Thus, since this interaction could not have gone better in any way, a 5 star score, on a First to review. Bravo.
