I came in to print a LOT of pages and unfortunately, all my notes were on my Google Docs (don't ask- had an issue with my laptop earlier) so I had to use the available computer to access Google Docs in order to print. This part kinda sucked because the computer is VERY SLOW. Be prepared for that or try and use a usb if possible- I was told that its quicker to do it that way. It took a long time for all my documents to load and for the servers to communicate with each other but eventually everything printed. However, (because I was using Google Docs apparently) some of my pictures didn't print properly and 1 page didn't print at all. I was told that it was because the file was on the google docs and apparently pdf was the best way to avoid this situation. Nevertheless, it was kinda annoying. The main reason that I'm giving this place a 4/5 is because of the incredible people that work there. It has the best customer service ever- they were so helpful and willing to work with me when some of my pages didn't print. There was one package that didn't print any of my pictures so they didn't charge me for it (they recycle so don't worry). All in all- I'd definitely return FOR SURE. Pros: great customer service, really nice people, fairly priced, student discount available, they have an option for you to send the material to be printed and they can do it for you ("full service option"), will print in black and white, will also print in color, printer will staple for you and also has the option of double-sided printing Cons: not very user friendly with Google Docs, slow computer Suggestions: convert the file to pdf to avoid the whole situation and use a usb ideally. read more

I needed a large architectural drawing printed and mounted with a 12 hour turn around. I loaded the file from their website, which was very easy and straightforward, picking what I thought were the right choices with respect to paper choice, etc. I was contacted the next morning and the order was clarified. Then the poster was ready for pick up early afternoon, ahead of my deadline. I was nervous because previously I had used another copy center for this kind of thing and there was always something that had to be redone - but this was perfect.It cost a bit more than the other place, but not having the normal headache of having things redone at the last minute made it worth every penny. Had the choice of going to a copy/printing place near my house or Xerographics. I went to Xerographics instead, which is about 20 minutes from my house instead of 5 for the other one. I knew, from doing business with them before, that their customer service is ABSOLUTELY GREAT!! The prices are comparable and good also. Got my invitations printed up earlier than even expected.
