Our instructor for our PALS class was Michael and he did such an amazing job simplifying everything and making a very long class interesting and easy to remember. He was also very approachable and made use of our time wisely! Kids are not my strong suit but he made me want to work with kids after the class was over. Haha. I retained more information taking this class over any other PALS class I've done in the past. Highly recommend taking his class! On the contrary, our instructor for our ACLS class was all over the place. I don't remember her name but she was a total opposite of Michael. It just felt so disorganized and confusing at times. I still understood everything bc I've taken ACLS a handful of times prior but I can tell that those who were taking it for the first time all looked lost and confused.

MONEY THIEVES!!!…read more No where on this website, phone or email says "no person's under 12 allowed in class" David said "YOU DONT TAKE YOUR GOD DAMN INFANT IN MY CLASS" when I asked him where that stated and his response was "IDK" and then after saying "you don't know where it says that?" HE said "ITS FUCKING OBVIOUS YOU DONT BRING AN INFANT TO MY FUCKING CLASSES". So there is no rule that you cannot bring an infant in the class, I'm a new mother wanting to learn, my child was SLEEPING and John ran up to me screaming "NO KIDS ALLOWED NO KIDS ALLOWED" I was appalled! David refused to refund me the $90 even though he has a 30 day rule and I purchased my classes 4 days ago. David hung up on me. I could not reach a live person or get an answer to an email. After waiting for an hour and calling multiple time a finally got an answer. The woman that answered was so rude and blamed it one me not reading the website. She tried to say that I had to go back online to schedule the in person portion and the email I had with the date, time and location was wrong. This place seems like a scam.
