I checked out the reviews and decided to give them a call to see if they had any spots that morning. I spoke with Amanda who was friendly and she was able to get me in within an hour of my call. Like anything, to do a job right you need time. They had my car the majority of the afternoon and they dropped me off at the local mall so I could do some shopping and other work while they worked on my car. They picked me up when it was complete and it looked AMAZING! It looked like the day I bought it! I had the exterior detail and they nailed it. The attention to detail and finished look was perfect. They even touched up the interior and refreshed it. I would HIGHLY recommend this business if you are looking for a affordable car detail location. Just plan to leave your car for the majority of a morning/afternoon but when you pick it up it will be with the wait! Alejandro, the owner, was personable and friendly as were the rest of his staff.

I have a yellow lab retriever who sheds her fur all about my truck interior ~ everywhere!! Although there is an upcharge for this; there is not so much as a single dog hair left when they are done. So, yes my experience is basically this: Expensive but Worth the money.

First thing I appreciate...high level of communication. Miguel sent me a reminder and follow up as the date approached. 2nd thing I appreciate... dropping the car off the night before on my schedule. My car was at the shop for a week to allow Miguel to work his magic. During that time he reached out several times to talk about progress and expectations (mostly his). Services I received were paintless dent repair, 2 step paint correction, and 3 year ceramic coating. 3rd thing I appreciate....when I picked up the car it was inside, under the lights, and was as perfect as a 24 year old Mercedes can be. There is nothing about the finished result that I would change or want better. Absolutely thrilled about my car and the service I received from Miguel at Medeiros Auto Detailing. You bet I'm telling all my car guy friends cause they're blown away with how great this car looks. Chris
