The rooms were very elaborate and it looked like they were very high-end only! After chatting with one of the salesmen I went over what i was looking for. He (Juri) was able to come up with a system the suited my needs and budget. A few weeks later after doing some homework on the system I spoke with Juri and he was able to tweak the system a bit. I decide to go ahead with the system. The installation went as planned with one or two minor exceptions and issues with rogers cable that I was told were very common. A second visit was required to iron out the rogers cable problem and everything is running great so far! Overall a very good experience and I would recommend Juri and Audio One to anyone. I noticed it when I got back home and I went to their store ask for an exchange the next day. They refused to give me an exchange because I opened the package. They said I should have noticed it before I open the package. As an average consumer, how could I know whether if it is a correct product or not? They are the seller, should grab me the right thing I wanted. Now I am ended up with a pair of $280 headphones that I don't want. Please please avoid them at all cost.
