On Easter, one between the woman who lives in a unit and some man escalated to be a physical altercation that involved three police units. The front desk woman, Mary, wants to know "how this is affecting us." Well, with a neighborhood full of kids and moms, we personally love methy drug fights going on yards from our houses. We love people of questionable intent staying at and visiting the storage dwellers at all times of night. No, we're definitely not afraid of them peeling out and running over our kids while they argue and chase each other down the road in their cars and on foot! It's the best. If you want to use these storage units, cool. Just beware that at any point you might end up in the middle of some druggy fight. Or should we say a domestic dispute? Since they're living in the storage units, after all. Oh, and if you want to talk to them, just know that they are awful hard to get ahold of, and you might get some random guy who doesn't put you on hold and says "Some lady's griping about the third world country you've made at the units." Or a woman who says "How is this affecting you?" Well, I guess it's not. The meth hotel out back isn't any big deal. And we can get a room anytime apparently!

It's a racket. Also, the way they packaged your belongings they shift during shipping and many items will break. We had a major movement; home and business. It was 11 pods; costing over $6,000/month to store in the pods. By the time we ended up finding a new home location they would only deliver to the major city over 120 miles further than our town so we had to hire an entire moving company to unpack the pods held hostage in the original state and this move cost us $52,000 over budget from original pods bid and plan. Be careful and know there are several other reputable companies that are more honest to work with and far less expensive.
