This was a rough day for me, slid off the road twice and almost flew off a bridge while pregnant and with a dog.... needless to say I was shaken up and upset. The service with Pigg towing wasn't anything but spectacular. Fast and extremely nice. We towed my truck back to Dallas and talked the whole way about families and dogs and music... it was just a great experience. How often can you say waiting on a tow let alone being towed isn't awkward or a frustrating experience? Most of the time. But this was a nice, family owned company, and I really felt like I was in good hands. We even stopped to grab a snack and some water... he made me eat because I'm pregnant, haha, typical dad move. To the Pigg family, especially Papa Pigg, thank you SO much for helping me out and making this a great experience. I'm normally afraid to use AAA, haha, you never know what you're going to get, but you've restored my faith in being stuck on the side of the road/in an ice patch. Have a great 2018!!
