I was handed a business card thought it was for me to write a check! Rudely told OHHH NO CHECK! CASH OR CREDIT CARD! NO BIGGIE BUT REALLY? Got the documentation they needed! Then told tires were "blown out" . I know they were not cuz DPS wanted me to drive it sure wish I had!! But biggest kick was when he said my son and his friend could push it!! Lol! I thought ohh yeah I'll pay this place and I'll push it OUT myself if I have to!! Idc how long u have been in business common courtesy, respect and simple kindness goes a long long way! Turns out paid them close to 400.00 For that one way pick up to throw in their junk yard for less than 24 hours!!! Fortunately, WE got it off that yard all by ourselves! Called Four Stars Ford spoke with Joseph, got my vehicle in, got a ride home, got all the recall repairs done, oil change, and roof seal repaired all in the same day and my vehicle was taken back to my house once everything once complete. They were friendly and polite in addition. The tire wasn't fixable due to the extra half-mile I drove to pull in somewhere safe instead of the side of the road (my dad always said don't worry about the tire - get to a safe place if the car will still move) but I did expect that. The price for the tire was right in line with the prices I have seen before at Walmart, Discount Tire, etc which I thought was remarkable for an independent shop. Huge shout-out to this store and the small-town spirit in Jacksboro that had people at my car helping me before I could even get out - I did not get the young men's names but they absolutely refused taking any amount of money from me and would not even let me go in the store with them and pay for snacks -

I can't tell you how many dealerships I've been to where I don't get a handshake or spoken to, even if I ask a question- they've always answered it to my husband. Besides all that, they are willing to really work with you and fight to get you the deal you need.
