His punctuality and communication were stellar throughout the entire project, and his office manager Lupe was very attentive to our questions during the whole process. The work started with power washing on a Friday, then he returned on Monday and wrapped everything up by Friday. From start to finish he was clean, careful, and extremely meticulous, and the finished exterior looks fantastic and completely transformed the house. I hired XAS Painting to paint my cabinets in kitchen, bathroom and laundry room as part of my downstairs remodel. I used them before to paint my yard fence and they did a good job for a reasonable price. So of course I called him back to do my cabinets. I've been following XAS Painting on Nextdoor.com, and then on Yelp since 2020, as we saved to paint the house. New home built 2002, and the Antioch weather had taken its toll. The positive reviews kept growing, and from the pictures, I knew Fernando and the Family Owned Business were our answer. Fernando was professional from the start. Promptly responsive to our first call. Came out to look at the house. He arrived in a very clean and professionally maintained company van. Provided a written quote the next day. We were elated and relieved with the pricing. Booked the date! Fernando power washed on a Friday. Left a swatch of colors for us to decide over the weekend. Returned Monday. The week started with high winds, and Tue. and Wed. brought extreme heat! Did not stop Fernando. He used 3M plastic window protection and high-quality exterior paint. Fernando was consistently positive and always brought good energy. Mrs. Fernandez "Lupe" runs the office operations and always pleasant and professional.
