Fernando came to us as a referral from a trusted friend. We are SO happy and satisfied with the job he did. We have a 950 sq ft condo that needed painting from top to bottom. There was patching, caulking, a lot of prep and then all the painting. Fernando was collaborative, helpful, professional, and he delivered! I referred him to the HOA in our community I was so delighted. XAS gets 10 stars out of five!! NICE job, Fernando! read more

5 Stars -- XAS Painting We hired XAS Painting to paint the exterior of our home and from the very first interaction, we knew we were in good hands. Fernando was exceptional -- his pricing was honest and competitive, his professionalism was evident from day one, and the quality of his work truly speaks for itself. The exterior came out absolutely beautiful. We were so impressed that we didn't hesitate to ask Fernando for an estimate on our kitchen and cabinets. Once again, he went above and beyond -- took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and delivered results that exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail on the cabinet work alone was remarkable. What also stood out was how smooth the entire process was from beginning to end. Scheduling through their office manager Lupe was a breeze -- she was organized, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. That kind of seamless coordination from the first phone call all the way to the final brush stroke is rare, and XAS Painting nailed it. If you're looking for a painting company that combines fair pricing, outstanding craftsmanship, and true professionalism at every level, XAS Painting is the one to call. We will absolutely be using them again and highly recommend them without reservation. read more

Fernando was fantastic! He went above and beyond for two projects in the last two years at my house. He painted the fence around the perimeter of my yard last year and I called him again to paint my fascia boards and stucco trim around my house. He finished the project within a day! He was extremely responsive and communication was clear from the beginning. His price was extremely fair and it was such quality work! I will absolutely be using him for every painting project in the future! read more

I hired XAS Painting to paint my cabinets in kitchen, bathroom and laundry room as part of my downstairs remodel. I used them before to paint my yard fence and they did a good job for a reasonable price. So of course I called him back to do my cabinets. He did not fail to do an excellent job again but also in a shorter time than he had originally given. This is my second time hiring Fernando. He saw my vision and executed it well. The cost was fair and reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend XAS Painting to anyone needing such services. read more

I've been following XAS Painting on Nextdoor.com, and then on Yelp since 2020, as we saved to paint the house. New home built 2002, and the Antioch weather had taken its toll. The positive reviews kept growing, and from the pictures, I knew Fernando and the Family Owned Business were our answer. Fernando was professional from the start. Promptly responsive to our first call. Came out to look at the house. He arrived in a very clean and professionally maintained company van. Provided a written quote the next day. We were elated and relieved with the pricing. Booked the date! Fernando power washed on a Friday. Left a swatch of colors for us to decide over the weekend. Returned Monday. The week started with high winds, and Tue. and Wed. brought extreme heat! Did not stop Fernando. He used 3M plastic window protection and high-quality exterior paint. Fernando was consistently positive and always brought good energy. Mrs. Fernandez "Lupe" runs the office operations and always pleasant and professional. Our neighbors are stopping by to comment and compliment. We are blessed and grateful. I highly recommend contacting XAS Painting for your exterior and interior painting needs. read more

This was my second time using Fernando and his team. Look no further when searching for a professional painter for indoors or outdoors. I had my entire home exterior painted a few years ago and it was top notch. I recently used Fernando again to paint my interior top to bottom--cabinets, ceilings, walls, doors, baseboards and even a refresh and update on the an old red brick fireplace. Fernando's experience and good eye helped me select my colors, he was timely and punctual and completed the job on time and exceeded expectations. He works extremely clean--no overspray, no paint where it shouldn't be and exceptional clean lines and no paint on any household items. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking for painting services. read more

I cannot say enough about my experience with Fernando at XAS painting. I contacted him on a holiday, he came the next day and had a quote to me within a couple of hours. He was easy to communicate with, responsive, personable, knowledgeable, extremely reliable and professional. He did what he said he would do in under the estimated time he said he would do it in. He was respectful of my property, family and pet. He was clean and above all the exterior of our house is beautiful. We went with a cheap paint job previously and it was a disaster. I can't believe XAS was not that much more for the quality, simply amazing. So if you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy professional who really does high quality work, I highly recommend Fernando at XAS painting, he's a pro! I will use XAS for all my painting needs. read more

I am BEYOND thrilled and thankful for the incredible job that Fernando has done with our kitchen and in wall entertainment center cabinets and shelves. His professionalism and attention to detail is refreshing and appreciated. When I walked in and saw my "new" kitchen my jaw actually dropped. It seriously looks like we did a full kitchen makeover. My only regret is that I wish we did this a long time ago! We had old and outdated oak colored cabinets and now we have a gorgeous, shiny white modern looking kitchen and it didn't break the bank! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this wonderful business. read more

We're so glad we found Fernando to help prepare our home for sale. He was really honest with what work he thought needed to be done and gave us a price that was more than fair. Everything came out looking great and we wouldn't hesitate giving Fernando another call for future projects! read more

We hired Fernando to paint both our house and wood fence around our back yard. He was responsive and replied to emails and texts fairly quickly for someone who is busy. We found him extremely professional and reliable (something I've found can be lacking when it comes to home projects). He showed up in the morning and worked a full day, every day until the projectwas done. The house and fence look AWESOME and we will hire him again when we decide to repaint the inside. Thanks for the great work, Fernando! read more
