I got: Miso Butter Corn Danish w/ Chimichurri Milk and Cookies w/ coffee & whiskey pie Biscuit Plum w/ Cardamom Sugar Hand Pie With the exception of the biscuit that was overly salty, everything was fantastic. Had to sample the pumpkin and key lime. I get pie all over the cities so in comparison the pieces are smaller here. The taste was all there on both. They sprinkle coffee beans around the edge of the pumpkin. He told me that you have to order a whole pie a week in advance so they know if they have that one or not. It appears they really like to mix it up and offer seasonal ones. I like how you can order pie crusts year round. I bet these would even be good in a quiche. The donut, danish, and lemon pastry were FABULOUS! There is nothing wrong with any of these things, except that I should have purchased two of each instead of having control over myself. Flaky pastry, delicious flavors, and that pillowy donut are probably made in heaven. At least, that's what my mouth thinks. I literally cannot find anything negative to say. She was entertaining, knowledgeable, helpful, and very attentive to our entire group. Second, the other people in our mini group (size of 6) were so much fun! We had a great time chatting, cooking together, and enjoying our meal. Overall, my husband and I had a great experience at the cooking class. We were able to cook, taste, and not do any dishes --- how awesome! It was great that Bellecour printed the recipes so we could take them home. I can't wait to sign up for another class!
