My car is 2025 and had it for only 2 months and half. The first post was on Google. Today, December 3, I still have not received any response about my car. They had promised to have it ready by November 24. However, on November 25, I made a call that lasted almost an hour, during which I was put on hold and, in the end, they hung up on me and never returned my call. I am truly disappointed by the lack of attention and seriousness given to the situation, even though the issue was caused by them. Although they provided me with a rental car, it's not my own vehicle, and the communication has been poor. Additionally, my health is not good, and I cannot believe I am being treated this way. Megan was rude, condescending and didn't even bother to tell what was wrong with my car until I asked. She just text message me and told me my car was done. I told her my car tire needed air. And I asked three separate times to make sure it was done and she reassured me that it was. I get in my car and the indicator light was still on. I spoke to the manger Don and told him my dissatisfaction with my service. This is the second time I had to make a complaint. I am not sure if my car was truly looked at since I was reassured three times that air was placed in my tires and it was not. I will probably go to another place at this point.

They still haven't bothered to correct this alleged "mistakes". I also received an "out-the-door" price via text from a manager and was told they could make it happen. The next day, that price suddenly increased by over $2,000. Just need a little honesty when working with customers. I have no issues if your prices are high. Just don't be deceptive. There are dealerships that operate with transparency and integrity--this was not one of them. I ultimately purchased elsewhere. Integrity matters.

Service forgot to put them back in and claimed they didn't cause the breakage. The lack of bolts caused it to shake and broke the flex pipe. They and the muffler shop are charging me over $850 to fix it. Prior to this it took over a year for th em to contact me to repair the recall. It wasn't until I called the FCA did they set up the appointment. Now, I'm out money, because of a recall. This should not happened. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They had a new Tiguan that fit my needs and budget, and they were able to loan it to me until my insurance payout was available, making it possible for me to purchase the vehicle under the circumstances. After a week or so, I had some operating concerns, as the 2025 Tiguan was redesigned and was far more advanced than my 2020 Tiguan (which I also purchased from City VW). He and the sales associate, Lameisha, claimed the vehicle was unsafe, saying things like "who's to know if the airbags even work," and that they would not sell it to a consumer and couldn't believe it was sold to me. Lameisha said it would be sent it to auction and that's why I was given close to wholesale price. This caused fear and pressured me into accepting a lower trade-in value. I have since found my vehicle listed for sale on their website with promotional language including "2019 KBB.com 10Best SUVs Under 30K," "odometer is 11,725 below market average," and "recently arrived." This directly contradicts their claims that the vehicle was unsafe and not suitable for retail sale. During financing, I asked for loan details. Business Manager James said we would review them, but APR and lender were never disclosed. A witness was present. I was only told the monthly payment and term. After reviewing documents myself, I found my APR was about 4% higher than what had been verbally anticipated by Brian. Of course we can't predict those type of things but that should have been discussed. I contacted the dealership the next business day requesting review to rewrite my loan but it was finalized before they contacted me.
