    The absolute best Ford dealership ever! The salesmen are top notch and are always polite professionals. The service department is staffed by experts and the secretaries in the office are the nicest people in the world.

    I had just purchased a 2024 mustang, and not even a full day after I bought it I had noticed a chip on the fender next to the wheel well with not even 50 miles on it. After taking it to the dealership for paint defects they told me it's a rock chip and was not covered. All but 2 months later I see bubbling paint that's breaking open on every wheel well and paint that is cracking and peeling of on the front passenger fender. After informing me that only the one peeling spot on the fender is cover the rest was "not abnormal for cars like that to have bubbling paint on the pinch welds". After calling ford motor company the dealership then offered to "touch up" the spots that weren't covered instead of repairing them. All this is present on a car with less then 3k miles and a 2 year ceramic environmental protection coat!! Also customer service is at the lowest possible level. Also not to mention how they couldnt diagnose it and had me come out several days later to point out every spot that i knew of. and steve is the most snarky disrespectful person i've ever had to deal with in any position in costumer service.

    Called about a Used Vehicle Webb Ford was advertising on their website. After telling the salesman that picked up the phone which vehicle I was looking for, he sighed, said "hold on" and put me on hold. He came back on the line, confirmed that the vehicle was there and when I said I would be there in 45 min he replied, "you'd better hurry." After rushing there (in under 40 min) we were met at the door and told by a young salesman that they were closed for the night. This dealership claims to be open until 7pm and this all occurred before 5:30p. The icing on the cake was the salesman from the picture below yelling some obscenity at us as I took it then backing down as soon as we opened the window, flashing a toothless smile and saying "see you on Monday." No you won't, sir.

I was immediately greeted by Allen. A couple minutes later Neddie (Service Manager) came out and shook my hand. Very nice staff. Less than 30 minutes brakes were checked and confirmed estimate given. They have very nice refreshments in the waiting room too. I talked to a salesperson while I was there. Itxel was extremely nice and professional. We road tested a cadenza. Nice car. Even though I did not buy a car there. I will definitely return to this dealership for service.

My car is 2025 and had it for only 2 months and half. The first post was on Google. Today, December 3, I still have not received any response about my car. They had promised to have it ready by November 24. However, on November 25, I made a call that lasted almost an hour, during which I was put on hold and, in the end, they hung up on me and never returned my call. I am truly disappointed by the lack of attention and seriousness given to the situation, even though the issue was caused by them. Although they provided me with a rental car, it's not my own vehicle, and the communication has been poor. Additionally, my health is not good, and I cannot believe I am being treated this way. Be careful when considering X-Way Auto Sales SUMMARY: Don't go here unless you are prepared to take the car to a mechanic first. Difficult communication. I don't think they are trustworthy and honest. Either they don't know much about cars or they are liars. Fits all the stereotypes of used car dealers. I won't return unless they make it right...Read on. DETAILS: I purchased a used car from this establishment for my daughter. I drove a long way after finding the car I thought I wanted online. It was reasonably priced with low miles compared to others I found. Due to the distance, I tried to get as much information as I could prior to making the drive. This should have been my first clue as communication was difficult, even for me a potential customer. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone, the conversations felt like I was a burden and they were always brief. I finally pulled enough information from them to feel somewhat comfortable about it. He said that they test drive them, put them up on a hoist and fix anything they find wrong with them. This particular car received new brakes and tires I was told. In the price point we were in, I did expect some if not many cosmetic issues due to the relatively low miles. We finally agreed to a price on the phone, so I drove down about 2 hours with my wife and daughter to seal the deal. We arrived took it for a test drive and noted that there was a definite shifting issue. I tossed the keys on the desk and said I can't take this car it has a bad transmission. The salesman went into spin mode to assure us it had been sitting and should be fine and sent us for a second test drive with his associate. It didn't seem to have quite as much issue on this drive. Considering the long drive and the lack of other prospects for this make and model I didn't want to go home empty handed, so I relented and agreed to purchase it. Well, after driving it off the lot the shifting problems returned as if by magic. It was a champ on the highway. Nice ride once it got past the bad shifts. So, we kept driving. But, it was obvious there was a transmission issue that was not self-correcting. We brought the car into two transmission shops that week and both places indicated the transmission needed to be repaired or replaced. I called the dealer back to let him know. At first, he seemed like he was actually going to be helpful. He talked to 'his' transmission guy and promised he would help us with the repair. Again, the communication was difficult, but had a lengthy conversation about 3 weeks after the purchase about an action plan. He later said he would send a check to help pay for the repair. It wouldn't be enough to cover it, but to me it was sufficient to put the issue to rest. Well, it has been over a month since he promised the check. So, I assume he was lying to me all the time and just stringing me along. If they come through, I will amend this review. But, I am not going to hold my breath. So, I would be VERY careful buying from these guys. In fact, I would avoid them all together, unless they have something you just can't find anywhere else. And absolutely be ready to bring the car to a mechanic to look it over first. This dealership is an example of why you should take the car to a mechanic before purchase. I do not believe these guys will disclose all the issues. You will have to find them for yourselves. And you will have to repair them yourself.

They arranged for one of their staff to pick me up and drive me to the dealership. They had a new Tiguan that fit my needs and budget, and they were able to loan it to me until my insurance payout was available, making it possible for me to purchase the vehicle under the circumstances. After a week or so, I had some operating concerns, as the 2025 Tiguan was redesigned and was far more advanced than my 2020 Tiguan (which I also purchased from City VW). Lamesha Rogers, Sales Associate, and Brian West, Sales Manager saw that any and all my concerns were met with my total satisfaction. Kudos for them, and their associates. I visited on 4/25/26 to appraise my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox and consider a purchase. Sales Manager Brian West stated their offer was the highest possible because my vehicle had a prior accident with airbag deployment. He and the sales associate, Lameisha, claimed the vehicle was unsafe, saying things like "who's to know if the airbags even work," and that they would not sell it to a consumer and couldn't believe it was sold to me. Lameisha said it would be sent it to auction and that's why I was given close to wholesale price. This caused fear and pressured me into accepting a lower trade-in value. I have since found my vehicle listed for sale on their website with promotional language including "2019 KBB.com 10Best SUVs Under 30K," "odometer is 11,725 below market average," and "recently arrived." This directly contradicts their claims that the vehicle was unsafe and not suitable for retail sale. During financing, I asked for loan details. Business Manager James said we would review them, but APR and lender were never disclosed. A witness was present. I was only told the monthly payment and term. After reviewing documents myself, I found my APR was about 4% higher than what had been verbally anticipated by Brian. Of course we can't predict those type of things but that should have been discussed. I contacted the dealership the next business day requesting review to rewrite my loan but it was finalized before they contacted me. James the business manager went as far as to say "he wished he never sold me the vehicle to have to be dealing with this" when I stated I felt taken advantage of in the sale for their gain.
