Left me stranded. I'm so furious. They have time to give immigrants free rides but leave paying customers waiting endlessly

I reached out to this company to arrange for a ride on the same day for someone in a detention facility. They took the reservation without informing me that they give no refunds if reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. Had I known, I would not have made the reservation. Now I am out $150. read more

The driver we had today was horrible. He refused to pull up to our office doors, stating the bus wouldn't fit. The same bus dropped us off and picked us up over multiple days. Our group of 30 people including a pregnant woman had to walk very far in the freezing cold with our luggage and no jackets. We asked him multiple times to drop us off in the appropriate location and he refused. A police officer even spoke with him because he was blocking traffic in a construction zone. His reply was that that the other people didn't know how to drive. read more

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. I was very impressed with Wynne on the day of our event (this was the second time we had used their services for our Annual Wine Tasting Event) until I received a modified bill two days later with an extra charge for another hour of transport for Wynne to drive their Bus back to their facility. As a repeat customer, I was shocked to see this charge and can't believe I was being billed for time we were not using the van. I reached out to them to make this right, but they will not refund me my money. I am truly disappointed in the lack of customer service and will no longer recommend or use their services. Another trip with Wynne, another issue. Buses didnt show, when they did, they were late and werent clear on which groups of our students to transport. Two of the five buses took their own route to our destination. And dont leave anything on these buses after a trip--they will give it away to whoever they want. We were an hour late departing due to problems. read more

Loved working with these guys! They provided a mini-bus for our wedding party and a sedan to take my husband and myself back to our hotel in Dallas. Rick drove the mini-bus and Ron drove the sedan. Horrible service. I had a early morning pickup from my hotel for a very early Friday morning flight. I went outside my hotel at the scheduled time, but no limo. I called the 888 number and they said the driver was having car trouble and would be "around" 20 minutes late which which would have likely make me late for my flight. And Wynne never bothered to call me to tell me the driver would be late. Fortunately, an Uber car was right in front of my hotel. I jumped in and made it to the airport in 5 minutes. Thanks Uber! Wynne should reimburse my company for the cost of the Uber ride. read more

Terrible customer service! Buses break down on 2 separate charters. Drivers show up late. Owner was rude! Owner claimed they did not have time to check all itineraries sent to them. It was our responsibility to make sure the drivers had enough rest not the companies. They decided to cancel our next reservation and left us scrambling to find buses in mid May the busiest time of the year for charters. While waiting for the buses, called the driver and woke him up for him to ask what time it was. We only used them because they were on a school districts vendor list. read more

I scheduled and paid for a transfer from DFW to SMU - two drop offs at 2 dorm drop offs. My daughter and a friend were scared on their transfer from DFW to college...the driver was RUDE, and hurrying them from baggage claim to car saying "hurry up, hurry up"....then drove so fast that both girls were scared at the speed he was driving. THEN, dropped both girls off across campus at what my daughter say "some random place across campus" to have them walk in the dark, individually alone, across campus dragging luggage...cause "he had somewhere he had to be". When I called the company 2x, they were unwilling to make it right. I even talked to a VP, and he passed it down to another person who "could not offer more than a 25% discount". BE WARY OF THIS COMPANY. They did not care. read more

Our charter bus was low on gas. The gas station we pulled into was having problems with their credit card authorization service and could only take cash. I lent Wynne $300 to fill the tank. Big mistake. During the last 10 days, I've called 6 times for Ms. Sandoval and Mr. Wynne to get my loan repaid. Neither one will take or return my calls. Shameful. read more

Great ground transportation service. No matter how big or how small the need, Wynne always comes through. I love working with a Dallas based company to take care of all of my transportation needs nationwide. I have used the company for years for everything from a sedan or limo to an SUV, mini-bus and even the large 55 passenger buses. The vehicles are always clean and the drivers lovely, professional and safe with a good sense of humor. Their attention to service and the needs of their customers is always appreciated and the good work they do for the community is like no other in town. They take hundreds of kids each week to after school educational programming, they support many non-profits trying to raise funds for organizations in town and they will always do their best to accommodate last minute changes. I feel very safe putting kids on their big buses. That says a lot. read more

We recently used Wynne Transportation to transport ~150 people from the hotel to the conference center for several days during our conference. The drivers were confused about where to go, even though I had provided the addresses. They called me repeatedly during the conference, lost and asking for directions. While several drivers were excellent and very helpful, just as many were rude and disrespectful. They were late for one pickup and threatened to leave people behind at another. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend them. read more

Trained with this company for 9 hours and in 2 days. After 3 days, no phone call back, had to call the company several times to get a answer. Finally, i got the Ceo of the company Mr. Kaepers, he said they couldnt hire me bc i didnt pass training. First of all, i didnt know training was a pass/ fail test. The company was not professional enough to call me back and let me know they didnt want me their team but yet rather hire a driver who has felony warrents and who was arrested on the job and hire a female driver who doesnt know the difference between curbside and baggage claim pickup and the customer told me she was sloppy instead hiring a driver who has 7 years experience and has a good customer track record. What a joke this company is! Mr. Kaepers is a total Moron and is unprofessional. Its know wonder this Trash limo company is going down in the toliet and have a high turn over rate. Do NOT use this company for any of your transportation needs, especially if quality and service are important to you! We scheduled a pick up at the airport with them because they were on the Omni in Fort Worth website. We have tried them two years in a row and what a mistake. They never picked us up on time from the airport and we find ourselves calling their office asking for our drive. I will never use this company again and suggest you dont either! #extremelydisappointed! read more

The drivers are great. I would never use them again as i found out that Joan who seems nice and personal, keeps the drivers gratuity. Those poor guys/gals do a such great job and the company automatically charges you gratuity, which they charged me, and the driver doesn't even get it. What a horrible company. The worst car service I have EVER used! and I travel a lot of miles a year. Let me tell you my story. I went through American Express Global Business Travel Axiom website to plan a business trip to New Orleans, which by the way I don't recommend because of this. When I was finishing up my flight arrangements, it asked if I wanted to book my transportation from the airport in New Orleans. I trusted AMEX because I thought they would have vetted the merchants they recommend on their own Business Travel site, so I booked my car service with Wynne Transportation. My flight arrived 30 minutes late and I went to the baggage area where I was instructed to meet the driver there. After waiting 20 minutes, I called Wynne on an 800# I was given when I booked, which turned out to be an Irving, TX phone number with a taped announcement "offices are closed now - please leave a message" !!!!!!! After now waiting 30 minutes and no car or driver in site, I finally took a cab to my hotel in New Orleans and get this....2 hours later I get a call from some lady asking me where I am because my driver has been waiting for me....can you believe it...I can't. They had the nerve to charge me $158.00 for a 1 way trip into New Orleans from the airport which cost me $40 in a cab...talk about highway robbery. I guess everything really is bigger in Texas including car service fare. I told the woman I waited for 30 minutes for my driver and then left and that I was already in my hotel for over 2 hours. I asked her to credit my AMEX. She said no and that I was going to have to pay for the car service because I never called them...which I did. Interestingly this woman was in Louisiana and when I asked her why she didn't try calling me when my flight arrived. No reply. To this day I still have not received an explanation as to why the driver showed up 2 hours late to pick me up at the airport. I recommend you steer clear of this company as they are the most incompetent and unprofessional group I have ever dealt with in my travels not to mention unreliable and EXPENSIVE. read more
